Kevin and his team replaced the roof on my house. They provided a detailed estimate, worked quickly, provided clear communications, and cleaned up everything. The house looks much better and is much safer now. I highly recommend New Texas Roofing! I won’t hesitate to call them if I need any other services in their area!

Kevin is the definition of customer service! He didn't JUST replace our 10-year-old roof - he dealt with adjusters, dealt with insurance (multiple times), and has taken the deductible issue on as a personal mission to solve! Who does that anymore?? In addition, as a female who has never replaced a roof before, I admit to putting this whole process on hold longer than I should have. However, Kevin made it easy! He patiently explained the damage, repair process, time frame, ever changing insurance market, and searched for financial alternatives we could live with. He took my doubts and challenges professionally, not only responding and explaining (repeatedly) but also went the extra mile to help us find solutions. I will also add that I'm not the only happy customer as Kevin's company replaced multiple roofs in my neighborhood. I also want to say I really appreciate being heard by his crew. I was concerned our backyard fish pond would be damaged by falling debris. Imagine my surprise when, during the construction, I checked the pond, and they had it completely covered with plywood. Not just a tarp mind you! All fish survived! I could continue this praise, as it is deserved. Kevin and his crew will take care of you!

I had Kevin replace our roof last year, and unfortunately, we've experienced nothing but problems with them since. Just a few months after the job was completed, I noticed some issues with the workmanship. I contacted Kevin in hopes of getting the matter resolved, but never came out to fix the issue. Eventually, I had to hire another contractor to fix the issues.

Fast forward a year, and now there are multiple leaks throughout our home. I reached out to Kevin several times again, only to be ignored once more. After no success in getting in touch with him, I consulted other roofing professionals. They identified that the leaks were due to poor flashing installation, which is what's causing the damage throughout the house. Needless to say, this experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm left with a roof that was supposed to be covered under warranty but isn't. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
