The work quality was mediocre and I had to correct them on several mistakes they had made during the shingle installation process and i am not a roofer. they claimed the work had a 5 year warranty but i have spent the last month trying to get some sort of response from anyone regarding repairs. If you want customer service do not use this company!
Stay away from this company! They were sweet as pie when they were trying to get my business. I had them replace my roof with TPO supposedly the best roof out there... not even close!!! In a years time I’ve had 4 leaks! To get them to come back and do the repairs is like pulling teeth!
Don’t waste your hard earned money or insurance money here!
Worst company and roofer ever!
They reroofed my house three years ago and it hasn't stopped leaking since.At first they would show up to make repairs but then nothing, It would continue to leak. I'm now paying a very good handyman to fix the mistakes which are many. The only time they were punctual was in the beginning to get the job done then it was extremely difficult to even contact them.
