We investigated 4 companies of interest to do our steep multi-valleyed roof in standing seam metal. New Look won our vote. Such a project posed anxieties and concerns. Many were alleviated before or as I posed the concern. Jake did a wonderful job quickly following up on any little questions or concerns. The labor crew was excellent. They were a wonder to observe : efficient, clean, mannerly. Extra to the roof project was a custom built top chimney cage and a problematic gutter and downspout section. We were very pleased with the company's handling of incidentals. Before doing the job Jake did an attic inspection of the underside of the roof to be sure of its condition & strength before beginning the actual installation of the metal roof.

Fantastic service. We had a small house fire and had to have some siding replaced. I had 3 quotes given to me that day and clearly one stood out. New Look Exteriors went above and beyond to give me an honest and thorough assessment of my damage BEFORE even talking any numbers. They took the time to even get on my roof to see if there was any damage up there, fortunately there wasn’t. It showed me that they truly care about their work and will stand behind it. I chose them to complete my repair and within a matter of days it was done and looks fantastic! Everywhere else said they could not find the matching siding and we might have to get the whole houses siding replaced to match. New Look found it the same day and had it ordered with no problems. I met Zachary from New Look Home Exteriors back in 2022. He was very informative and honest. He asked us questions which made us think about things we didn't know we needed to. They did all the siding, soffits, etc. two years ago and did a beautiful job.

Fast forward to this year, we had a hail storm hit our neighborhood in May. We had damage to our roof. Called Zack. We now have a new roof on our house and the speed, cleanliness, and craftmanship of the work was stellar.

We had 11 of our windows replaced (our whole upstairs floor!!) by these guys. Our windows were original to our 1960s house and were in need of replacing. New Look is by far the best contracting company we have worked with to date!!! We were looking to do a few exterior upgrades for our home including a new front door, siding, soffit, and gutters. The first thing they did was a thorough inspection of the exterior of our home from the top down, and found that we significant damage to our roof, including a huge hole in it (see pictures)! They patched it immediately to prevent us from having any more damage and then did a fantastic job with the repairs shortly after.

They helped us through the process of picking out new siding, soffit, and designing a new front door and made it all very easy. They gave us an accurate estimate and timeline for those installations, and were very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Not only is our home now looking great, but we noticed a huge improvement in the insulation (both in terms of improved heating/cooling efficiency as well as noise reduction). The value for their high quality of work is honestly outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have similar repairs for their home!

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I needed new siding around my entire house, and reached out to several companies for quotes. Zack and Massimo from New Look came out at the agreed upon day and time, and talked with me about my preferences and concerns. They provided different options and costs on the same day as our meeting, and promptly answered all of my follow up questions while I made my decision. Once I decided to go with them, the process worked exactly as they explained. Once the materials came in around 6-8 weeks later, George (project manager) and his crew came out every day the weather would allow and worked quickly and courteously. I discussed any issues or questions I had with George each morning before the work commenced, and found him and his crew to be very responsive to my requests and willing to accommodate in any way possible. I would recommend this company to anyone who has similar siding needs.

I can’t say enough good things about New Look Home Exteriors. I found out I needed a new roof. I started getting estimates. I couldn’t remember the name of the company I used back in 2018 to have my house resided. I dug through my emails for hours trying to locate the name of the company. I finally found it. From beginning to end the process was highly professional and detail oriented. The crew was experienced, courteous, keep the job site safe and cleaned up daily. Our project was large with a handful of intricate components. I am a stickler for detail and quality, and New Look went above and beyond. Besides being honest, cost efficient, polite, readily available to answer all of my many questions, they completed on time, cleaned up as if they were never here, and they were able to install in a reasonable time frame. Their competition quoted a 25 week minimum lead time for the exact same windows, siding, soffit & gutter guards. New Look was here within 8 weeks and completed the job as quoted and on time. Zack and Armando were amazing. They showed up to the initial appointment on time. They were so thorough and professional. They showed us different options, brainstormed with us on what would look good. They did such a great job guiding us through what our house could be. Honestly for what you're getting the price wasn't bad. It was all great quality. It just Unfortunately wasn't in our budget to do the project this year. But, one thing I can say for certain, once we are ready to move forward this is the company we are going to be using.

From start to finish New Look was Great! We dealt with Armando and Zack. They were responsive and prompt for the original in home consultation, which was over 2 hours of us picking colors and designs. They were respectful of our home and gave us great advice and opinions. They had an answer for every question and were able to show us a preview of our choices as we made them.

Later in the week we went to their office to discuss some more ideas we had. They made themselves available for us and spent more time with us. They had flexible payment arrangements and offered financing through multiple vendors.

New Look Home Exterior did a great job replacing our roof. They also installed a new pitched roof over an old leaking flat rubber roof on the back of the house. New gutters to replace our box gutters and new house trim. Very responsive, good communication and fit us into their schedule quickly.

We recently had a new roof and new gutters installed by New Look, and they did a terrific job. During the sales phase, Mossimo and Armando walked me through all of my options in detail, helping educate me every step of the way. Markos and his crew did a great job under difficult circumstances -- my roof is very steep and has a number of dormers -- and cold weather. Jake was very professional and responsive throughout. Siding is lifiting in multiple places. Gutters are hanging. They left nails in my driveway that I had to pick up.

Have been getting the run around for over 2 months for repairs to subpar work.

Used New Look for siding install. They did an excellent job. Crew came out and completed the job within two days. They showed up when they said, and cleaned up after the job was completed.

I went through 15 different contractors until I found New Look, my roof is unique and some of the quotes I was getting where almost as much as I paid for my home or the contractors turned me down on site. New Look was excited to take on such a challenge. Not only did they make the financing process easy but my roof was done in three days and I couldn't imagine it coming out any better. It is beautiful! I can now die in my home one day and not ever worry about the state of my roof again! Thank you for the new look!

We hired them to fix some loose shingles on our roof and install new gutters. They were affordable, reliable, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the installation crew trampled a bunch of perennial flowering plants, which were new this year and still establishing themselves. I should have instructed the crew more carefully, but they should also have been more careful.

Jake and his team did a a wonderful job in all facets. They were responsive, professional and on-time. We had a difficult time discovering the source of our leak and Jake provided excellent customer service and follow-through when we realized water was coming in from a different location. New Look is 100% committed to getting it right. They also installed a patio door which was beautiful-- and $2,000 dollars less than what Anderson wanted to charge. I would highly recommend this company for any future exterior projects.

My neighbor recently had her entire townhouse resided and it looked phenomenal, so when I was having issues with the siding coming loose under my deck, I requested an estimate for replacement siding from New Look on the back of my townhouse. Zack came out within a couple days (in the middle of a snow storm) and was willing to answer any questions and provide a couple different options in his estimates.

I had a couple other contractors look at the job, some did not want to do it because its a townhouse and others were hesitant for the same reason. Zack and Jake were confident they could reside the house without any issues and create a break from the neighbors siding that would look clean and neat. They also gave me the best price compared to others.

The work was done in three days without any major issues.

You really cannot beat the quality of New Look or the price. They are fair, do good work, and are responsive. I would use them again for other exterior renovations.

We needed to have some emergency work done when our old roof started leaking and a few pieces of our old vinyl siding were torn off by a wind storm. New Look Home Exteriors was able to schedule and complete the entire project for us very quickly. We are exceptionally pleased with the way the new roof, siding, and gutters turned out. The entire crew was very professional and the price was quite reasonable.

I had some of those fake vinyl shutters on my home that I have always hated since we bought the place, especially when they would fly off of the house in a wind storm. The final straw occurred several months back when one of them flew off and punched a whole in the vinyl siding of my garage. After that it was time for them to go.

I called around looking for someone to take on the job of removing the shutters and repairing the damage they had caused, but because it wasn't a full house siding replacement no one wanted to take it.

I also submitted this work to Angie's List, but again got replies back that the work was too small for them to take on, except for the response I got from Jacob at New Look.

Jacob was not only willing to look but came out within a day or two if my memory serves right. He reviewed the things I was concerned with and pointed out a few things I hadn't even noticed. He gave us a fair bid for the work that needed to be done and was able to get the correct siding for my house fairly quickly.

As I write this the work was completed yesterday by Carlos on his crew, who did a great job. You can't even tell I had shutters in those spots except for a negligible color difference due to years of sun exposure on the existing siding. I think by the end of summer I probably won't even be able to notice that.

All in all I appreciate them coming out to take on this small time job that finally ended the shutter nightmare I've been having for the past few years. I would definitely hire them again.
