A huge tree fell on my house in June 2024. The assigned insurance adjuster tried to give me some ridiculous/insignificant amount of $ to fix it. Carl and Emily went to work on my claim. The amount of dedication and effort they put in with the insurance company, including escalating it to management and getting a new adjuster assigned and getting my claim paid was top notch. They were both always very helpful and responsive to my questions. The entire process took 6 months, from start to finish, but I couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you!

During the process of buying our home, we were made aware that the home would need new siding within the first two years of ownership. Knowing this is a costly endeavor, we took time to receive a few quotes, including one from New Life. We were a unique situation, as our project was not the traditional insurance claim -- it was a personal, out of pocket project. New siding is expensive and we wanted to make sure we were getting a quality product and exactly what we had envisioned for the style of our home. Carl from the New Life team was outstanding to work with! He handled our numerous questions with patience and kindness, providing thoughtful answers and helping us to make the best decisions for our specific home. He made sure the specific details of our project were communicated effectively to the team doing the work and he was excellent at addressing anything unexpected that came up during the installation. The crew they used was friendly and efficient. My only minor complaint, since we have children, was the number of nails we found after their departure. Other than that, they were an excellent crew. Carl did a final walk through with us once the project was completed and was prompt in addressing the few minor fixes that came up. We are very happy with the final product and would definitely recommend the New Life team, especially Carl, to anyone looking for the right contractors to tackle their project. Their prices are fair and their quality of work is excellent.

New Life replaced my roof four years ago and did an excellent job. They completed the job in one day.
Because of the dry weather the roof has not been tested for leaks until this year. At thanksgiving I sat in a different chair than normal and spotted marks on our dining room ceiling.
Called them and they sent a crew out the next day to check out the roof. They found a vent that the shingles had not sealed. They repaired.
They came and repaired my ceiling. They were not totally satisfied with the ceiling repair so they repainted it again.

A big hail storm last year left a lot of damage and Tyler worked with the insurance inspector to get not only our roof but also all our siding covered. New Life Contracting installed our new roof in the fall of 2023. Our project manager was Andy Philipps and he managed the process from start to finish handling all interaction with our insurance company and the crew.

Andy met with the inspector to make sure the inspection covered all the damage he observed and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. The crew did an excellent job and completed the work in one day! The clean up was fantastic and the dumpster picked up the next day! Andy stopped by frequently to observe the progress and came by the next day to review the work with us and make sure we were satisfied.

We had ice dam tape on the roof previously and Andy had arranged with a subcontractor to replace the tape and again followed up to make sure the work was completed. Andy handled all communication between our claims representative and New Life Contracting to ensure everything was covered and processed correctly.

We weren't surprised at the quality of his work because Andy led the roof replacement for two of our neighbors. We saw the quality of his work first hand and feel very fortunate to have had Andy lead this project for us. We highly recommend New Life Contracting for roof replacement and want to thank Andy Philipps for the fantastic job! Had my roof replaced by them two summers ago. They finally fixed the issues(kinda) that I brought up with them. They ruined parts of my siding, didn’t take before photos which allowed them to say they didn’t have to replace roof water redirects so that water enters my gutters, made me dig in the dumpster for my leaf guards and much more. Their idea of quality is ripping the roof off as fast as possible, and slamming it back on just as fast (like all roofing companies that subcontract out). I now have I have parts of the shingles that are sitting up to the point that I can look under them, wood that will probably rot, and so much more. Conned me into paying by offering a gift card that they never sent, so the water coming off of both my valleys still shoots into my yard and ruins my grass. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I purchased a home back in September of 2022 which received hail damage to the roof a month later in October. This was brought to my attention through my lovely neighbor who had a full roof replacement. I had my insurance company send out a field adjustor who released his evaluation to my insurance company. After reviewing the damage, my insurance company declined my claim stating it was prior damage and they had no evidence of a storm in October. A special thank you to Ricky Peterson who took matters into his own hands and pulled multiple weather reports to back my case. After submitting the reports along with some other documentation of proof, my insurance company reopened my claim. After a long battle with my insurance company I am please to say that Ricky and his team will be replacing my entire roof before snowfall of this year, 2023. Tony was very professional throughout the entire process from start to finish. Our contractor Tyler worked tenaciously to make sure our house was restored from hail damage that occurred in the August 2021 hail storm - he kept on the case for OVER a year, continuing to send inspection info and other supporting documentation so that the roof was fully replaced instead of spot repaired. He also noticed potential damage on our new Pella windows, and was able to get those covered as well with Pella replacement. Tyler went above and beyond to protect our investment like his own. In the end, we have a beautiful new roof, new picture windows and new gutters to protect our family home. The owners are a local Minnesota family whom we met and are genuine people with little children (who attend our kids’ public school!) so we’re really appreciative to do work with them while also supporting their business.

I had a roof replaced by New Life due to hail damage. Tyler is salesman for New Life Contracting contracting who contacted me and let me know I might have damage to my roof from hail. My insurance company came out, identified some damage and then stated their was no damage when it came in writing. Tyler did a nice job of guiding me to contact the insurance company again. They came out, Tyler went on the roof with them and the insurance company said I needed a new roof which has since been put on. Good work Tyler!! New Life's crew was amazing to watch due this work. So many people working so hard and as a team. My very complicated roof, with many different roof lines, was stripped bare and replaced in a day. As a side note, I had solar installed last year. This was not damaged in the storm, but needed to come off for the new roof to go on. New Life identified a very professional solar contractor to remove the panels for the new roof to go on and then re-install the panels when the roof was finished. Easy peasy.
