New Image Elite was very responsive to our needs. Stosh was great. I had leaks in our 5 yr. old roof due to faulty installing by others. My roof was put immediately on a schedule and replaced. The process was quick, easy and the crew cleaned everything up. Stash has followed up to make sure everything was completed properly. Great service. Would highly recommend.

My "project manager" for my roof was Stosh and I'm more than happy with the services New Image provided. This is a group of very responsive, personable professionals. They kept me updated at all times and kept each promise they made. Everyone (including the actual crew who installed the roof) was respectful and considerate throughout the process...and really fast! AND they're local and family owned!

I can't say enough good things about this company! A couple of years ago, we had a hail storm and one of our windows got busted out. I contacted New Image and Matt came right out. While he was there, he decided to check out the roof. We were able to get a brand new roof, new screens and a new window. Fast forward to now, we were in desperate need of new shutters. Again, we contacted New Image and they came right out. Peggy was extremely helpful in helping us pick a color that matched our roof and the job turned out great! I highly recommend this company!

New Image is the third company to come to my home and provide a quote. I hired them as the Project Manager took the time to remove siding to locate and identify where the water was intruding. The Project Manager explained how to fix it. The other companies did not investigate. I found New Image to be reliable and professional.

I had the pleasure of working with New Image Elite for the past 8 months. Over the years, I have had many contractors stop by my house to sell me on a new roof and to tell me the color was discontinued and how they could do this and that for me with very lost costs without ever really looking at my roof other than from the road. After a major hail storm, I reached out to a friend, who referred me to New Image Elite to get a professional opinion. I told my friend I really wasnt aure if we needed a new roof or not but wanted something I could trust. Matt was that guy. Matt was easy to schedule a consult with and came out with many ladders to look over my house with his coworker Stosh. They did a thorough inspection of my roof and siding and showed me pictures of the damage over the 17 years of being in my house through several storms that had passed through the area. I filed a claim through my insurance and over the next eight months worked with Matt, Stosh, Mike and Peggy at the company. Each one made the entire process with the homeowners, my mortgage company, payments and scheduling a breeze. They explained it all, were present for inspections and patient when delays arose due to the homeowners company. They even went above and beyond to replace my shutters and a few window screens that had fallen apart over time. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to all! Not a single negative thing to say.

I had a immediate problem because of oncoming rain and had no clue on how to get help. I had called around with no solution and I called New Image Elite and they immediately came to my rescue. The first time I used New Image Elite was a year ago. I had called two other contractors to give me some estimates on what I needed done and Stosh from New Image Elite came out and spent a good amount of time answering my concerns and questions. I was very happy with the work that was done; we just had a bad hail storm hit us and my neighborhood had a lot of contracting companies knocking at our doors, but I had used New Image Elite before and was happy with their work. They worked with both me and my insurance company to make sure everything was done right. Great customer service. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Stosh came out to look at a door job, noticed hail damage on some screens, got up on the roof took pictures, prepared an estimate for the work which I submitted to my homeowners insurance company. They offered a lot of help and suggestions along the process and ultimately we're very happy with the new roof, siding, and windows they replaced.

New Image Elite replaced a 27 years old Anderson slider that was just about impossible to open & close easily each day. I explained what I wanted (not a slider) with the full glass door w/ just 1 side opening but it was KEY that it opened all the way back & flush w/ the other side (stationary side). They measured , ordered & installed upon arrival, did a fabulous job, caulked everywhere needed, I’m so happy w/ our door, they even installed our electronic key pad lock for easier entry. The glass has UV in it which was nice surprise since we have direct sun coming in that door. Matt was great to work with, followed up, installer Chris was very much into quality and taking the time needed to do a great job. I would highly recommend this company for their attention to details & quality, this is not easy in todays world. Great job New Image Elite.

We have used this company for a roof installation and now a window replacement. We have recommended them to neighbors who also had their roof done, windows replaced, and siding replaced. This company upholds high standards with every job. When a mistake is made, they own it, then make it right. Not only will we continue to recommend New Image Elite, but we will continue to use them as our go to home repair company. Their care and professionalism shows with each job.

I needed a section of my siding replaced where my dogs chewed it. Called, got a quick appointment. Matt and Stosh showed up on time. Since the siding is approximately seven years old, I was concerned it wouldn’t match but they did an excellent job matching it. Came by the next day and the project was completed. Cleaned the work area up and made me a very happy customer. Great customer service in the front office as well.

Sale and final inspection were made by the company president, New Image Elite was prompt and courteous and explained everything carefully when we asked. Extremely professional job – from initial bid to completion, definitely recommend.

I had New Image replace 5 windows in my house and overall was very pleased. I was looking to have old wood windows replaced with good, yet affordable, vinyl ones. I got quotes from two other companies besides New Image. Two things made me decide to go with New Image. First was the turn around time; 4 weeks versus 12-14 by the other companies. Second was what I was getting for windows. The other companies sell "4700 series" windows....search what brand those are and where they are made. I did and still don't know; I suspect China, hence the longer turn around time. New Image sells Wincore brand which can not only be found in an internet search but also are made in the USA (WV to be exact). Installation day was easy with it only taking one person a total of two hours to remove the old and install the new windows. The windows are great and seem well built! I really enjoyed dealing with a local company and supporting American manufacturing.

Matts team was very good and replaced all my wood trim to pvc trim. I had terrible wood bees and we now only have a couple left around my home

I recently had my roof done through New Image, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Their team did a great job walking me through the process and helped me pick a shingle color that compliments the rest of my home ! The work was done quickly, and I was very impressed by how through they were with cleanup afterwards. They were very careful to get all of the old nails out of the yard, which meant a lot to me, having little ones that often run barefoot in our yard! Very happy with my overall experience and will definitely recommend!!
