Ryan and New Face have done a great job on our house. We have worked through a few accidents (broken window and wrong accent color or paint), the difference is they have been responsive and quickly corrected these issues. There are a lot of contractors that wouldn’t show the same concern. The final product is exactly what we wanted and the craftsmanship is high quality. When our next project comes along they will be the first call.

Ryan young installed a roof and gutters, and also supplied me with Pella windows on my new build house. He was very responsive and informative. I have recommended him to several people. If you’re looking for any home renovation needs he’s the guy you want to talk to.

Ryan Young, of New Face Renovations, accompanied a Pella Windows representative on a 11/19/2024 visit to evaluate our project and to take dimensions. They provided quotations prior to departing. We placed the order a few days later. The French doors we ordered arrived weeks before the original delivery date quoted.

New Face Renovations sent a team of three installers on 12/18/2024 to remove a Pella sliding door and replace it with a set of Pella French doors. The new door and trim components were delivered independently by Pella an hour earlier. It was 23 degrees Fahrenheit outside, and I had used all the sand and ice-melt I had prior to their arrival, but the driveway and deck remained slick in places. The installers were cheerful, polite, and efficient. They made very little mess, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The whole process took about four hours. I applied a little spackle and touch-up paint after the installers left, and the effect the new doors had on the kitchen was amazing.

The representatives of New Face Renovations were pleasant and professional, and their workmanship was excellent. The job was well done, and we have absolutely no complaints.

New Face has completed two separate jobs on our commercial building/business in Waukee. Complete bathroom remodel x2 and rain gutters/downspouts. We were very happy with the work and price. Great customer service. Ryan, the company’s owner, answered all questions and was very responsive to our phone calls and texts. High recommend.

What a fantastic experience with New Face! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained everything in detail, matched the vinyl siding color and painted foundation perfectly. Looked sharp and clean. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free even cleaned up all debris after and no nails ir debris around. Fantastic work!

From our first inquiry, to Darin and Ryan reviewing the job and giving us a quote (we’d had 2), to finish, it was an amazing experience. They presented a professional quote within minutes in a folder with references, their insurance certificate and all the information about their contract with Pella windows. No salezee pitch with “if you sign today…”. Communication during the process was excellent and today a great crew came and installed windows, making sure inside and outside trim was perfect, cleaned up the site and rooms where they did the work. We beyond pleased with the entire process.

From the first phone call to the last day of the project this was an excellent experience. Everyone is personable, knowledgeable and very competent at their job. Great salesman!!!

We signed the contract and were told it would be done in Sept/Oct. We never heard from them again, we called several times in Sept and the months that followed to see when they would be starting each time, NEXT WEEK. No one ever showed up and NO CALLS from them. Finally, we got a call in March that they are going to do the work next week. WOW, they showed up! We had several things that needed to be completed on the punch list, we are still waiting in October 2023 for several items still to be completed.

Like I said, great salesman, but the follow-up once you sign the contract is terrible. You have to keep chasing them down to see what is going on.
