I would give zero stars if I could. Justin Wagner is a Thief. We hired him to do a mulch pit and set up our playset. It has now been weeks and I haven't heard from him. He did set up our playset but honestly I don't trust his work and my kids playing on it he leveled it out with bricks and rocks he found on our property and told us he'd be back after the weekend to do the borders and mulch. That was about 5 wks ago. First he had COVID. Ok fine. Then his roof collapsed, then he had some sort of injury where he was rushed for stitches or something then said he'd be here and just never showed up. Eventually he stopped responding completely. Finally I believe he disconnected his number because it doesn't even ring any more. I'm and beyond upset with this man and will be sueing. I unfortunately found out after the fact I am not the first he has done this to. He has been sued before for this, and has changed his company name several times and the company doesn't exist with the better business bureau. Beware!!

Unfortunately I have to back up Marion. Justin should NOT be trusted. Our trampoline had a tear in the mat 1.5 years after he installed it. It was still under warranty (which we didn’t know at the time). Texted Justin some pictures where he said he could fix it for $150 cash.

We were desperate so had him come out. He worked on it for 15 minutes, took the money and his ‘fix’ broke within two days. Multiple calls and texts later....no response. How do you in good conscience withhold the fact that the trampoline is under warranty, take money to fix it then not respond when the fix breaks? After not hearing from Justin we called the manufacturer and they were great.

I also gave Justin $200 last year as a down payment on cordwood...He never delivered. I probably should have gotten the hint there and not given him more money for the trampoline fix. But yes, now we’re out $350 with nothing to show for it.

If you are in the market for a trampoline (and we do love ours) I recommend having a more trustworthy outfit do the install.

Never hire Justin Wagner and his crew. He made false promises and did not follow through with his work. I have never experienced such discourteous service.

We had our play set built which was fine, but the mulch pit he put down grew grass after 6 weeks. When I notified him of the issue, he told me he was going to fix it. For several weeks he told me weekly he was going to come and I waited... and he never showed up. I asked him again after a couple months/winter and he told me he was coming... He again never showed.

I’m writing this review to warn anyone and everyone about his lack of integrity and unsatisfactory work.
DO NOT hire him to do any services because he will collect payment, then he will not back up his work and disappear.

I had this company do some work at my folks house in Fitchburg Mas. They were extremely helpful picking out a design that worked for the property. I highly recommend hiring them very professional and they do great work! I was very impressed with all the advice that my family was give how to maintain the job and property after they leave great bunch of guys!!

We are having a rather large patio installed and so far it is coming out amazing! Justin and his crew show up when they are supposed to and will work even later then we expect them to. They even come on Sundays! I will post photos when they are finished.
