I had a great experience with New Elite Roofing. Ivan was incredibly helpful — he came out within 30 minutes of my initial call, diagnosed the issue quickly, and didn’t charge me for the visit. He even helped clean out a clogged section of my gutters on the spot.

The next day, they sent someone to repair drywall in my garage from a previous leak. The work was clean, professional, and done right the first time.

New Elite Roofing was fast, responsive, fairly priced, and delivered quality results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or related repairs.

I called Ivan after a major hail storm in Wylie. He answered the phone was very responsive and timly. He's very accomdating and very quick to get the repair process started. Our roof and all other items were completed within about 1 week.

New Elite Roofing replaced my entire roof, gutter system and fascia. We used Owen’s Corning True Definition Duration Storm shingles which is rated as Class 4. The price was fair and the work was good and on schedule. Ivan the president is very good to deal with and cares about customer service. I would recommend them for any roofing project.

I would give 100 stars to Ivan and New Elite Roofing if it was possible. We had a leak in one of our dormers, that damaged several drywall spots. I had called a few other roofers and they all stated that the issue was too small and not worth their time.

I also asked him if they can replace my rotten garage door frame boards and he did that also the same day complete with nice trim and weather stripping. Ivan came to my house to check out a leak by my chimney on a Sunday afternoon. He climbed up on the roof and spent 20 minute inspecting everything. Came back down and told me he didn’t see anything. He caulked a few spots that he thought maybe an issue. Told me to call if any issues (Four heavy rainstorms and no issues). I offered to pay something for his time, but he refused. Great guy and will be using them in the future!!

The owner Ivan was very responsive, coming over and giving me an estimate the same day I called. I had my front fascia trim boards replaced. The crew was professional, showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up after themselves! I asked for an extra coat of paint and he had a guy come out the next day to finish. I got many quotes for this job. and his professional roofer’s price was a few hundred dollars less than 2 handyman’s quotes. First 3 photos are ‘before’

Had the hail and thunderstorm event occur last spring and with the size of the hail, I felt it was best to get the roof inspected. Had several roofers come out and review damage. The team at New Elite was the most courteous, up front, and supportive of providing a quote using the measurements they took of the exterior.
This is what supported my decision six months after the initial consult to work with them on the project. The team and I had great communication regarding scheduling the project, reviewing the quote and each line item and ensuring we had great payment options.
There was no back and forth about the materials or bait and switch with builder grade product or any of the non-sense that other roofers had tried with me during their separate quote processes.
New Elite was quick, efficient, and the clean up after the project was more than I had anticipated and I would recommend them over others that may door knock after storms simply from the ease of the consultation and quote process through the scheduling and completion. Honest, with high integrity and great workmanship for the scope of the project.

New Elite Roofing did a great job on our roof. Ivan took care of all the insurance details and gave us a good price on upgraded shingles. Pleased with the results.

I do not know how this company gets all 5 stars review because based on my experience, they deserve less than 1 star. My family and I needed our roof repair from a recent heavy rain. Water started coming into the bedroom in one corner only. We had looked up a lot of companies and was really looking for a company that would do repairs rather than suggesting to replace the entire roof. We didn't want to go through insurance unless necessary. Saw the reviews on this company and thought it was good since a lot of people mentioned that Ivan suggest more repairs than replace. We called New Elite Roofing and Ivan answered right away. That was pretty much the only good thing about this company. It all went downhill from there. So we called on a Thursday and Ivan said he can come Friday or Saturday. With work, we said it would be better Saturday. He said he would come on Saturday sometime in the morning and to send him the address. We sent him our address and waited until Saturday.

Saturday comes and it's pouring like crazy. I thought that no roofer is going to come when it's pouring rain because it would be difficult to inspect which was understandable. Ivan of course didn't come Saturday morning. It stopped raining around 1pm and didn't really rain any day after that. Ivan was no where to be found. Not only did he not come, he didn't call or text to let us know he wasn't coming. Weekend came and go and no peep from Ivan. We called Ivan on Tuesday because Monday was pretty busy. When we called, Ivan proceeded to tell us that the phone number we texted was not a number that was able to receive text. He could have said so when he told us to text him when we made the appointment. It's not like we've used their services before to know what the exact phone number to text him at. Red flag.

When we called him, again he was very responsive. He told us the number to text him and rescheduled to Wednesday. We text him the address and verified he got the address. He got the address and we waited on Wednesday. He didn't tell us when he was coming Wednesday (2nd red flag), just basically we would have to wait for him on Wednesday to come like the good old days of scheduling for a cable guy. They just come whenever they can and you basically have to be home to catch them.

Wednesday came and no peep from Ivan. When it got dark, we figured Ivan wasn't coming. Again Ivan ghosted us. We text him the next day and he did not respond. We texted him again the following day and he said if he can reschedule. That was the last straw. Are you kidding me right now? We went by the dates you gave us of when you can come. We didn't even ask you to come a certain date and time and you basically did no show no call. What kind of business are you trying to run? If you are busy then just let us know. There are plenty of other companies out there. We could have called a different company to take care of it while the weather was good. This is one of the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with and that is a red flag for you to not use this company if they can't even be courteous enough to contact you to let you know they can't come.

After the recent hail in Dallas, I contacted Ivan and his team for the free roof inspection. He took pictures and show me the state of my roof, walked me through the claiming process with the insurance company and helped me got it approved. He and his team then done an excellent job of installing our new roof, keep the surrounding area of my house clear and cleaned up after installation. Would really recommend his team to everyone in Dallas/Richardson area.

I’ve worked with Ivan on a few occasions. He’s always great to work with. Most recently, his team came out and inspected my roof the day I called. It was the day before a second round of storms was due. They found the source of the leak which was my old satellite dish. The guys removed it and also replaced two old exhaust vents. They patched the roof with a perfect match of shingles. Ivan doesn’t try to upsell, he just gets the job done. I gladly recommend New Elite Roofing.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Ivan and New Elite Roofing. I had some roofing damage that another "highly rated" contractor wanted to replace my entire roof for. I felt something was off and so did my insurance adjuster (long story short he suspected fraud).

I was able to get Ivan out personally to inspect my roof within the same day. I didn't mention my previous roofing contractor. Not only did he recommend not replacing the roof but was willing to make a few small repairs for free (sealing a few loose clay roof tiles).

I ended up having him replace the majority of the rotting wood roof trim and siding for a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship. They managed to match the existing exterior paint, as well as reattach my house number/lights without me having to ask.

Ivan and his crew just did a new roof for us. The entire process was fantastic. Ivan was informative and clear during the estimation inspection. He was patient and thorough in all the information we asked for. He gave us our estimate on Saturday and was able to schedule us for the same week. The crew showed up in the morning and when they left in the evening everything was clean and we had an awesome new roof!

Iván came by to do a roof inspection. I bought my house in August and was told during that inspection that there were a few holes and some flashing that needed repair. I was in search of someone to perform a roof inspection on my new home and Ivan from New Elite Roof and Gutters came through.

This year brought not only a gnarly amount of snow, but a sizable hail storm shortly after, followed by a few more hail storms over the spring and summer months. As a new homeowner, I wanted reassurance that my roof was okay. Ivan came out the next day, listened to my concerns, thoroughly checked my roof, and provided pics of his findings.

I can't stress how much I appreciated this because I contacted a couple roofers and when they heard my roof isn't a year old yet, they insisted it was fine because it's young and resilient. Those guys never got on the roof to know for sure (one guy didn't even come to my house!). Ivan's not like that. What a “ breath of fresh air” Ivan was pleasant and honest - a trait that is rare in this kind of business. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it and did not oversell me with other things. It was their Restoration Specialist that did. As a senior citizen, it is a chore to find reputable and reasonable craftsman for small but important repairs. Ivan responded to my call immediately...his partner answered the call and was courteous and listened to my plea for a small shingle repair at as reasonable a rate as possible.

We had a complete roof replacement, gutter replacement, screen replacement, as well as sheetrock repair, replacement, and repair done on the interior. Roof replacement included new roof vents and flashing. The work was done due to a bad hailstorm.

Ivan was very customer-focused and responsive. The quality of the work is great. When two small leaks occurred at two points of flashing Ivan was out on Saturday with a workman to fix the issue. (This is a common issue with new roofs.) He came on Saturday after we notified him late Friday afternoon and after we told him the leaks were small and not causing damage inside. After the gutters were replaced touch-up painting was done on eaves. The gutter work even improved the drainage system; a downspout was moved and a drain pan was improved by the front door so water no longer cascades on the porch when it rains. For the interior work, the workmen draped the area so that floors, cabinets, and furniture were protected. Clean-up was thorough inside and out. Everything looks great!

Ivan is efficient. He sends calendar invites so that you know when the different aspects of the work will be done. When Ivan says the work will start at 7:00 a.m. it definitely does. Our repairs were challenging as Ivan and his crew worked around the recent rains. Our roof insatll was delayed a day due to rain. The gutter workers came back several times to finish the work as touch-up painting and caulking cannot be done in the rain. Ivan also texts and calls to ensure that you know what is occurring and to respond to questions or concerns. Ivan did a walk-through with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. His quotes are clear and detailed. Pricing is fair.
