He did work for us that the previous owner said could not be done by their contractor and New Earth was able to get it done in a timely fashion and it worked great for us. They also helped us with a failed water heater and was able to work with our home warranty to get it fixed. We will definitely use New Earth in the future for whatever needs we have.

After being stood up for an estimate two times, my husband and I decided to look elsewhere for help renovating our home. The first time resulted in a phone call from the owner a few days later explaining an extenuating circumstance, and a rescheduled appointment was made; the second time we expected someone to come out and give us an estimate no one showed, resulting in me making a follow-up call. The owner informed me that he was not going to be able to make it because he was too tired to make the journey up to Richmond despite our standing appointment. A frank discussion ensued, and the owner indicated he would prefer to "pass" on doing business with us.

I had New Earth come out and take a look at my kitchen not too long ago. I was wondering what was the best way to remodel and how to go about it, I don't have much experience with these kinds of projects. I was so pleasantly surprised that they not only advised me and made sure that I felt comfortable and that I understood everything that could be done, but they also gave me options and made sure that it was within my budget. I know that i'll be calling them a lot more often to get more projects done as they come up.
