New Beginning Exteriors went above and beyond to quickly make repairs when an aging tree fell onto my home in summer 2023. They worked with my insurance provider to ensure everything that was damaged was documented and covered, and then brought in their best team to replace the dented siding, gutters and damaged roof shingles so it all looks like new.

Jason, Jasmine and the team at New Beginnings are absolutely the best! After Jason and Jasmine's intitial inspection determining our roof had storm damage, Jason made sure he was on-site when our insurance adjuster came out to check the roof. New Beginnings handled everything with our insurance company. Throughout the process, Jason was always available to answer any questions. While his team was replacing our house and garage roofs, Jason was on-site making sure everything was being done properly and all was going smooth. Their team did a great job of cleaning up the debris and nails after the project was completed.

I am very pleased with the final outcome of my home’s exterior renovation. New beginnings exteriors did my siding, facia, soffits & gutters. Jason the project manager was instrumental with the success of my exterior. On March 7,2023 I had my driveway and walkway cleaned and sealed by New Beginnings. I couldn't believe my eyes when Calvin had finished. My driveway never looked this good before. Not only it was very clean but the true color was restored and there was a sheen on it I couldn't believe. My neighbor had complemented they did an excellent job on your driveway. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to use New Beginnings to do your driveway.

Working with Bob and Jessica was amazing. Due to a storm we had to get our roof replaced. Jessica was always responsive and helpful. Bob was so knowledgeable on the roofing and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them.

At first, we thought it was going great. then came complications. The roofers did not speak any English - they were pleasant when here - but didn't arrive to start the job till late in the afternoon. They damaged the property they were working on. (ripped siding off the garage [spouse had to repair] marks all over the garage from plywood & shingles being dropped/ slid down the side of the garage, nails in vehicles trunks marks on vehicles, parts of the house were not properly cared for when worked on. It was more of a hassle than needed. They sent the vehicle to be repaired. However, when doing so the company they had to do the work only cleared the dirt off a small area and so they missed a large scrape from the shingles being dropped on the vehicle. (the color matches the shingles) Pictures were taken by the owner & New Beginnings Exteriors LLC prior to them taking the vehicle to the body shop for repair. So there is no reason they should have missed any of the damage. And why would you only spot clean a small area of the car when doing a repair?
Then the Molding/drip -t had nails going through it and was all messed up and was supposed to be redone... They sent a guy out to replace it, he came out instead of using the materials that were here for him to use to replace it. He decided to cut and do a matching job so it looks like a child did the work!!!! Just be aware the company puts a mechanics lien on your home. I found this out when I asked about paperwork/receipts/warranty information. This job was a huge hassle because the person who I was working with kept telling me "it was a scheduling issue" to get guys out to repair my home" and I should not have to pay for an incomplete job. I still should not have paid the price that I did for the job that was done! I had to repeatedly ask for when things were going to get done & for copies of the paperwork, showing I paid, What was done.

Jason Stoven from New beginnings was awesome. He was in contact before repairs to keep me updated and on site during the work. He was always available for questions I had before construction and came by the day after work was completed to double check on cleanup.
My roof and 3 skylights were replaced due to storm damage and he wanted to make sure everything went smoothly.
The crew was professional and did a great job on cleanup afterwards.
I would highly recommend both Jason and New Beginnings.

Loved working with Marcel Vasquez on our hail damaged roof. He was very professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and very responsive to our texts. Marcel went above and beyond to get our roof insurance issues sorted out when our insurance rejected the first two times. Will hire him again in the future. We had our roofs done in 2 weeks after the insurance approval.

I would like to thank Jessica from New Beginning Exteriors for the quality of work that was done to both my fathers and my house. Handeling all aspects of the contract making it easy for my father and I. The roofers were professional and got each house finished in a day and a half. Very good experience, worked with Marcel and the insurance company for hail damage on the roof. Explained every step and answered questions. Roof was replaced and all is well.
