Victor and his team at KM Construction greatly exceeded my expectations. The team was easy to reach & schedule with, punctual, professional, they put the customer first, and are true experts. Victor was thorough and efficient in his inspection, sharing details that reflected a clear understanding of our concern. He had cutting edge tools ready for the job (tools I was not aware existed) and provided time to answer questions and give excellent recommendations.

Thank you so much to KM construction for all of the amazing work you put into our family home. Your company advocated for us from the very beginning when no one else would. You provided great support thought the entire insurance claim process and you were so patient. I have spoken very highly of my experience with your company to everyone I have talked to. I am so grateful we stayed local and supported one of our local businesses as well! When it comes to choosing someone to do the work, everyone knows someone, referrals came in like the leak in my roof. But after being overwhelmed with recommendations I went with someone I know, as anyone would, even tho he recently got into storm restoration sales, Austin C, to me … has always been an honest guy, lives in the shoes of the consumer and after going back and forth with my insurance company like a newly married couple would over dinner options, the guys at KM got the “good neighbor” to go from saying one thing to keep in their word. I’m so happy that I’m super bowl Sunday my boyfriend and I don’t have to worry about the roof falling in on our family. You won’t go wrong with them, unless you choose to wait long!!!!

I was excited to work with this company given their online reviews. However, the company overall is either overwhelmed with inquiries or just disorganized- maybe both. Over the course of two months I called 2-3 times before I was able to schedule an appt for an estimate. After the estimator came out I was told that I would receive a quote in a week+. That didn’t happen. Over the course of 4-6 weeks I followed up another 3-4 times with no call backs. When I was able to talk to their receptionist, she was very kind, and assured me each time that either she or one of the managers would call me back. This never happened. I gave up. I’m not running down a business to spend money.

KM construction has been my go to for all my roofing needs. They are unmatched in communication and quality of work. I highly recommend!

If you decide to have this company side/gutter your house, I urge you to go somewhere else. The roof went great and without a hitch. When it came to the siding there were huge gaps between what was expected and what was delivered. The communication/planning gaps were non stop and with the overall quality of install was terrible. Jagged cuts, j channel falling off, and photoed you can see where the facia was damaged where it met the siding before. I was told “it’s fine.” An absolute nightmare and the most cash I’ve ever spent.

**Update a year later. Siding is beginning to curl and fall down. Pictures to come**

I had a leak in our roof. KM came out quickly to diagnose and correct the issue. Since it was minor, they decided not to charge for the visit. Will definitely call again anytime I need their services!

Had some damage to our roof and reached out to this company for an estimate. They asked to email pictures which I did, and we booked and appointment. I was home all day yesterday. Nobody showed up and nobody called. What a complete waste of time! Now that I have your attention via Google Reviews you might want to update your office phone number on your google listing to match. Also, if you have a guy named Victor that works for you, he never showed up. I asked if I had the right place before booking because I called several places before this one.

I'd highly recommend KM Construction. Ziggy and his team were superb -- professional, responsive and extremely competent in all aspects of the project. I had them install a new roof, Hardie board siding and new gutters in the spring/summer of 2021. I'm extremely happy with the work they did. I won't hesitate to hire them for additional work in the future

Km construction was amazing with the installation of our new roof. From the very beginning, they where very professional and informative in the entire process. After several quotes from other companies, it gets frustrating finding the right one. Trusting the right company with a new roof can be challenging, but I was extremely fortunate to have found KM Construction. The Glenwood shingles look amazing!

They answered the phone which isn't a common occurrence these days and were able to collaborate with another contracting service to do a quick roof repair a few days later at a specified time. Punctual and very nice people too. Very grateful to KM Construction for being there in a time of need. Thank you!

K&M Construction installed a new roof and gutters for me recently. I've worked with them a few times and they have always been professional but personable. Great quality of work, communication, etc. the whole process was smooth.

I needed gutters to prevent our asphalt driveway from getting ruts under the roof line. I was having a new driveway put in and KM pushed forward my installation in order accommodate the driveway excavation and re-installation. I was very happy with their prompt service and professionalism.

I am very happy with the work done by KM Construction - new roof and gutters on my house, plus new siding on my garage. It looks great! The crews worked hard over two days to finish the job, and did a great clean-up.

KM Construction were amazing with every aspect of my roofing, and fascia install. They were extremely professional with what and how they were going to install my new roof, with a virtual tour of the process, and all the certifications that they hold, and the warranties with GAF. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have a new roof installed, and don't want to worry about quality. Hands down very satisfied with them, and will use them again in the future for other exterior projects.

KM Construction came out to one of our rental properties to put a new roof on and noticed hail damage to the siding. KM worked with the insurance company to get a complete replacement of the siding and gutters. I can not imagine a project going any smoother. I look forward to the next project.

KM did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They actually fit us in a week earlier than scheduled. They are VERY fast! Our roof is massive, and they had 95% of it done in one day! Everyone involved was great to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Victor was wonderful to do business with. We had storm damage to our siding. He came out the same day we called. He was informative and responsive whenever we had questions. His workers did a wonderful job putting new siding up on the whole house! I would highly recommend this company. I absolutely love the new siding!

I was really disappointed with KM Construction. We called for what was advertised as a free estimate of a leak in our ceiling. Victor was very polite, but spent less than 10 minutes looking at the ceiling and didn't look at the roof, but told me he could have someone come out to take a look. We received an email estimate for $500 ($400 if we paid cash). The amount was to look at the roof and identify damage and seal and naipops if there were any.
Given we were expecting an estimate to repair any roof damage, we were surprised that the estimate itself was just to have them look at it (our expectation for the initial visit).
We would have understood if they had told us up front it would be $500 to have someone get on the roof, but the offer was a free estimate.
Really misleading and no closer to knowing if we have an issue.

They were great to work with! They were upfront with the costs and answered all questions promptly. Spending the amount of money it takes for a new roof always makes me nervous and Victor never seemed annoyed and took the time to explain everything, even stopping by an extra time to make sure I had answers to all my questions.

We had gotten multiple quotes and inspections and after doing more research found that a couple of the companies were kind of shady, but Victor instilled confidence and professionalism from the very start.

When the time came for the job, it was quick and clean and looks amazing!

Affordable and fast! I had them cone out to look at a leak in my roof and next day they were able to get it fixed.

We were struggling with a chronic roof leak from a relatively new roof. The company that put the roof on was a challenge to work with and kept putting bandaids on the problem that resulted in continued water leaking into our house.

We decided to seek out another company who would be willing to solve the problem correctly, as it was going to be an intensive job to fix what had been done wrong. Some companies we contacted weren’t interested in taking on the risks associated with what, for them, was fixing a problem someone else created. But KM was different.

They came and gave us a quote, and also detailed what they would do to resolve the issue for good. Victor was prompt to get back to us and very professional to work with. They were able to fit us in within a few short weeks, and even stayed working late on a Friday in order to finish the job before the next rain. That are of our roof looks completely different and is now protected as it should have been from the start, thanks to KM. We wish the previous homeowners had taken more care in who they chose to install the roof, but when it comes to our time to do the same, we won’t hesitate to be back in touch with KM.

Very professional company from start to finish. Victor and Ziggy fully explained the benefits of the quality products they’d be installing. They completed a tear off and reroof of our house, garage, and shed. We have a sunroom with vinyl windows off the rear of our home, and the crew was very careful as to not throw debris in that direction. The crew left our yard just as it was when they came. It was a nice bonus that they bring a dumpster wagon on wheels, so no delivery of a dumpster to sit on our driveway was needed.

Victor at KM Construction was great to deal with and always got me to me promptly whenever I had a questions. They did an excellent job on re-roofing my home. They also replaced gutters and window cladding that was damaged due to a hail storm. They are also very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies. Highly recommend!

KM Construction was very responsive to our need. A couple of weeks before we were due to close on the sale of our home, a freak hail storm required the roof be replaced. KM Construction stepped up and met our expectations within a very tight time frame, enabling us to meet our closing and sell our home! GREAT CONTRACTOR TO WORK WITH!

We had KM construction do our roof. We told them we needed it done by a specific date, and they got it done a few days early. The communication was great! They are truly a class act company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing and/or gutters.

KM is a busy contractor. This is good, as the business should stay a long, prosperous time. We were pleasantly surprised when an opening came up a few weeks sooner than we anticipated. We were also pleased that the job was 99%done in one day. The crew ran out of shingles for the last peak. The job was completed the next morning. As promised, the yard was cleaned up and one would never have guessed the roof had been done the previous day. It all looked as it should. KM did everything they quoted and answered in email. You can't ask for a more thorough contractor.
Five Stars were earned.

Update Nov 2017 - I have another property and the roof started leaking after a bad storm. I was out of town at the time and called Victor and despite being crazy busy after the storm he managed to get someone out to tarp the roof to prevent further damage. When they replaced the roof they provided the same great professional service as when they replaced the roof on my main residence. You can't go wrong with KM construction!

Aug 2016 I couldn't be happier. Ziggy, Victor and team were awesome. Great communication, great price and the job is excellent. Job was done quickly and they cleaned up all their debris. I would highly recommend their services.

Ziggy, Victor and the KM team did an awesome job re-roofing for us and my wife and I are so pleased. I initially reached out to them because they hand nail, but I also reached out to some other roofers as well. By far KM was the most responsive and timely in all of their interactions and communications as well as extremely prompt in coming out for the initial re-roofing estimate. Several other roofers I reached out too, not so much. KM also came in at the lowest bid. They were very professional, started on time, finished on time and did a great job cleaning up. I definitely will recommend checking them out. Thank you very much KM!

We had a section of the roof where a tree branch scraped through the shingles, letting water into the house. KM Construction came quickly and at a reasonable cost. They let me know before the work how much it would cost, and why it might cost more (if the sheathing under the shingles was rotted, they would have to replace it). It turned out the sheathing was fine, they only charged me for the shingles repair, and it was done very quickly. It was a raining on and off that day, but they got it done, and we don't have water in the house any more. I would highly recommend them!

The project was a complete roof tear off and replacement. It also involved a significant chimney repair. Ziggy and Victor were fabulous. Their estimate was accurate and the work was great. The removal of the dumpster and the cleanup were complete and thorough. The one minor problem that I had was promptly corrected. I could not have found a better contractor.

From the beginning from my first phone call to them, they have been extremely patient, professional, and friendly. They came out to my house to measure the roof and gave me a quote within 48 hours. After I decided to go with them, they came out again immediately and gave me samples of shingles to choose from and never rushed me into making a choice. They started the job early and finished my entire roof within 3 full days, never left any mess, cleaned up the entire driveway and dumpster immediately. My roof looks great with lifetime warranty on parts and labor!! I will absolutely recommend KM Construction to anyone, five stars all the way!!!
