David and his team were extremely professional and excellent in their communication. They did a fantastic job fixing our old, leaky chimney and we would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for chimney repair services!

Reached out to Nevermore for fireplace/chimney inspection. David did a thorough job and outlined the services needed. After the chimney cap was prefabricated, they set up time for the install, and the new look is fabulous. I was very pleased with the outcome.

David and Zack came out to our house in December for a chimney cleaning and inspection. We knew we would be needing some degree of repair on our cap and pan, but David informed me that we had been fitted with the wrong size pan the whole time we have lived here and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. We were quite frustrated that no previous chimney service company brought the issue to our attention before the damage was done, but David put together a fair and comprehensive proposal to fix the chimney. Huge job that David and Zack’s crew, led by Jerry, got done a couple of days faster than quoted! Special shout out to Christine at the office for her speedy and super helpful communication! We will definitely be hiring them for all of our maintenance going forward! I give Nevermore Services five stars because that’s all I’m allowed to give!

Nevermore Services did a great job of replacing the pilot assembly in our gas log fireplace. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. We'll be calling them again if the need arises.

I hired Nevermore to do a fireplace & chimney inspection and sweep during my due diligence period for my home purchase. Before the actual appointment, Christina returned my call and was very pleasant to work with. She told me of available openings for an appointment and explained what would be done during the appointment. Once David /Owner arrived he was thorough while doing the sweep and even gave is useful information for seasonal maintenance, type of wood, wood referral guy, as well as tools and equipment I would need for a great fireplace look. I will definitely hire Nevermore again and they are my go-to guys for all things fireplace/chimney. Hire Nevermore, you'll be glad you did!!

The worst service ever. We had called them for fireplace inspection and without inspecting anything they said this needs a replacement. We got the same fireplace fixed with some other vendor. It was a literary waste of time and money calling them. Do not think they know anything about fire place. I would never use them again and will like to give them 0 stats if that was an option.

The folks from Nevermore arrived promptly to attend to repairs to our brick fascia on our two-story home.They were informative, helpful, and professional. The job was tricky because of the hill in front of our house, so it took a lot of skill and persistence. I would definitely recommend them to others needing masonry or brick work/repairs!!
