We needed some help quickly in our home in Steamboat. The ServiceMaster team was at our home in less than 12 hours and completed the job in less than 24 hours from when we called. They were extremely professional and thorough and fairly priced. It was an absolute 5 star experience. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster Steamboat for any relevant job or challenge you might have.

There aren’t words to describe how amazing Wade and his team are. I had a fire at my house and they were out the next business day, already working to clean up the damage the next. They helped walked me through the insurance process and kept in constant communication in regard to the claim and repair process. Servicemaster Steamboat is amazing. My first impression on the phone was with Stacey and she was very helpful and sweet in answering questions regarding my water loss and the process. The operations manager, Wade, was just as amazing in keeping me informed throughout the entire process as well as calling me and coming by each day until the job was completed. Chai and the crew were GREAT! They were so mindful of my home and belongings and were always on time. I can't say enough about Servicemaster Steamboat. What a great crew! ServiceMaster in Steamboat Springs is absolutely FANTASTIC! From our very first conversation with Wade during an emergency evening phone call, they went above and beyond to remedy our water damage during this very stressful flooding crisis! Wade and the team did exactly what was needed to begin and complete the restoration services, when I didn't even know where or how to start. They began immediately to mitigate against any mold, and took care of all of the Restoration details!! They also facilitated a drywall team coming into the house, as well as flooring experts to install gorgeous new flooring. Wade was extremely helpful, fair and efficient in making sure he could do all he could in drying out my home. He continued to be a resource for additional services and connections across the county and would check in regularly on my home. Service Master was fantastic to work with. We had a sewage line from the City back up into our condo and Service Master removed all the damaged flooring, sprayed and dehumidified the entire area. They came first thing in the morning and got to work right away. They came back later to help remove the rest of our carpet as well. Wade was super helpful and the guys working with him were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Steamboat.

These guys worked magic on my very water damaged condo. They were responsive, nice, professional, and even came to work on my place on Saturdays and even Sundays. Can't say that about many companies. My place looks so much better than it did before the water damage AND even better, I didn't have to deal with the insurance claim. I can't say enough great things. Terrible structure. Whatever estimate they give you, I’d say at least double that if you want the actual price. After two weeks of waiting for an invoice, I was billed more than twice the amount I was told from the estimate. The man (Wade) that gave me an estimate over the phone didn’t even give me a hard copy of the invoice before performing their services. He definitely did this so he could charge me more in hope that I’d forget our conversation from two weeks earlier. On the phone he said, “Yes I messed up and should have given you a proper estimate in hard copy form. I learned and I will do that from now on.” I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this service and only advise using it if there are absolutely no other cleaners in town, unless of course you are looking to get taken advantage of!

Servicemaster cleaned wall-to-wall carpets in two large bedrooms, two pet stain spots on other carpets, and a faux-suede chair. They arrived at our house exactly when they said they would. They helped us move furniture. They were quick and efficient. The quality of the cleaning was top-notch. And we only paid $200 total.

Very impressed with this company. They not only responded quickly, but provided excellent service and were very mindful for all my personal belongings. Great people to work with and would recommend this company to others.

On December 8, 2019 the building next to ours caught fire. The inside of our building filled with smoke ruining all of our product and permeating all of our displays. Our building suffered 100% smoke damage. Not only did Eric call us back within 30 seconds of leaving a message on a Sunday morning and clean our things in a timely and effective manner, but he and his crew also went above and beyond to help us with our damaged product. The Service Master team stripped our building from floor to ceiling, wall to wall. They have a crew that takes pride in their work and work hard to make you, the customer, feel listened to and taken care of.

I wouldn't recommend this company. We discussed a cleaning from 12 noon to 4:30pm with a carpet cleaning. They sent 2 cleaners and billed me 13 hours for the two of them plus the carpet cleaning. The house is only 1200 square feet. It is small. They billed me for just under $900. I had my place cleaned in Denver with 1 cleaner that took 5 hours plus the carpet cleaner in and out in less then an hour and the house is over 2000 square feet. To tell me it took 13 hours to do a once over with 2 cleaners and a carpet cleaning is crazy. Not to mention in that time frame you would think they would have had time to sweep the garage out. They didn't.

Service Master is a very reliable and thorough company. Eric introduced me to all of his crew and got to work immediately. He send me photos so I could see the work he was doing. They finished the job in a short time and solved all of the major problems: wetness under house, mold in the house, tested for asbestos and found none and did things that will make it easier for rebuilding interior.

I had an emergency incident with my dog and white carpet this afternoon and I called Service Master. They had a crew at my house within an hour and they took care of the mess in 15 minutes. It was amazing, I can't believe the solved my massive problem so quickly. Thank you so much!

I received an invoice and had video footage showing that the invoice was in accurate. I called simply to discuss the invoice and make payment for the services actually rendered. I ended up working directly with the owner, Eric. Eric’s communication was completely unprofessional, threatening and filled with personal attacks regarding my character. I have been a real estate investor for 20 years and never been treated so poorly by an owner of a company. I can assure you my communication was very professional and did not warrant such a response. I paid the invoice simply to end my communication with Eric and move on conducting my business professionally. I truly hope for the staff at this corporation they are treated better than the customers.
