Tom, Jon, and team did a great job on our roof replacement. The customer service was top notch and they were in and out in 1 day leaving the yard clean and everything back in it's place. They can also handle repairs and will be my go to for roofing needs moving forward.

I could not be more satisfied with Nest Roofing & Gutters service. Nest completed a complete tear-off, new wood, new shingles, gutters, ridge vents, trim and soffit & facia for our family home in Mt. Vernon. Our roof was almost 35 years old and in bad shape. Tom is kind, professional, through and the best communicator I have ever worked with... Nest's crews were not only professional but very friendly. The cleanup of the entire mess was spectacular! Nest put in the extra effort to make everything perfect! I am sure they saved me money considering all of the little issues we ran into with such an old roof. They even installed a long missing vent for the upstairs bathroom.

Tom and his crew replaced my roof and skylights in my sunroom. I wasn’t home at the time due to my job at the hospital but Tom kept up the communication with me as well as fixed a few small things that I’m sure most people would have ignored. They did great and will kept in mind for future jobs.

Tom Knight and his crew worked within our budget and did a beautiful job. Time and attention was given to the needs of my particular roof. I live in a townhouse and have a shared roof with a neighbor. They reworked my downspouts to direct the water away faster and to not erode my roof. They cleaned out my gutters too. I am having them back to install roofs on 2 of my other properties. In the future if I need roofing installed I will definitely call Nest Roofing and Gutters LLC

Tom came out and got up on the roof and took the time to explain so much about my roof and what preventative measures I can plan for in the future to remedy what another company had done before . I have had leaks in the past and with this colder winter have had some settling in the house and was concerned it was a leak in the roof. He really put my mind at ease knowing that everything is secure right now with his roof inspection. He cares. I’m so thankful for his time and knowledge. Recommend!!!

Replaced some wood that had dry rot, cleaned our gutters out which I found out is a customary service even if you don't get the gutter guards (which we did get) plus clean up by crew top notch stuff. 100% Satisfied customer, Thanks guys.

I had the best experience with Nest Roofing and Gutters. Tom the owner kept me updated on all the work that was being done and sending me pictures as they were doing my siding etc. . I had some areas that had rotten wood that needed removed and repaired. I was shown in person and by pictures. Now I can relax knowing that all the work was done right. I love how they did the trim around my windows and the ceiling on my porches. The crew of men that worked on my house were very professional and pleasant. They cleaned up everything at the end of the day before they left. They were very hard workers.

I am extremely happy with the work that Nest roofing and gutters did at my house. Tom came out and gave me a quote, and was able to schedule a prompt date for installation. I had issues with my gutters and downspouts, and ended up having replaced my downspouts. I respect the fact that they did not try to rip me off and recommend repairs that were not warranted. I would gladly use them again in a heartbeat.

I used Nest for a gutter clean out. I appreciate the level of detail that goes into the cleaning. I received before and after photos of the gutters while he was still on the roof! He also very patiently answered any questions I had about my roof, gutters, and even siding. It is rare to find someone that takes their time and does not make you feel like you’re being upsold. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the new roof we got from them. The project manager, Tom, was very communicative, and provided multiple updates throughout the process. They were very fast, too. It was only 2 weeks from deposit to start of work, and they were done in 2 days. They also include a 10-year service warranty on the roof, as well. I would definitely recommend them if you need a roof repair or replacement.

During some of the heavy downpour rain in the last month or so, we discovered a leak in our roof that was coming into an upstairs bedroom. We called Tom at Nest Roofing who promptly showed up and identified the source of the leak. In fact, he applied some silicone caulking to try and reduce the problem until a proper repair could be done.

We asked Tom to give us two proposals; one to repair the area of the leak, and another to replace the entire roof as it was about 22 years old. Both quotes were very reasonable and we decided to replace the entire roof. The Nest crew showed up when they said they would and completed a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier.

One of the best aspects of this experience was the communication. We were regularly kept up to date by text messages & photos of progress and issues discovered as the day progressed.

I had them do siding, gutters and Fascia work on my home and the work they did truly made the house look brand new. Had some wind damage and a fallen gutter. They were honest about my options, with estimates for the different choices I could make for a repair/replacement. Didn't try to upsell me. Got the work done quickly and it looks great! I will definitely be calling in a few years when it is time for a full new roof.

If I could leave more than 5 stars for the degree of professionalism and quality of work on our hail damaged roof replacement from Tom and his crew, I would. Besides a quality job, for me, communication is key. Tom did not disappoint and was there to walk me step by step through each phase of our replacement process from a fair bid, roofing choices, timeline for starting and finishing, guarantee and all the little things in between. They produce a quality product I highly recommend.

We had Soffit and Fascia and partial gutters replaced on our home. Tom came out and was very professional and responsive to our requests. We got his free estimate very quickly which was impressive due to lack of and long delays with "Others." Tom kept us so informed of the project he really gets an A++ on communication! We knew when materials were being delivered, what day and time they would start as well as when the weather did not permit them to work. Our home was built in 1881 and I only say that due to it is not a normal house. It has some intricate details that needed special attention.
The extra time and effort it took to work with those were accomplished with care and respect for "Our Home" that was AMAZING!!!! We cannot THANK our 2 crew enough!!!! The "Master Talent" they have are shown in our home!!!! You cannot go wrong with them, we are very very happy!!!!

I am very pleased with the work that was completed on my home. I no longer have rain water pouring from the clogged gutters running down the side of my house. I also have screens placed in the areas of my gutters that would normally catch seeds from the trees in the back of my home. Express Exteriors even cleaned up around my house. I recommend their services to anyone looking for gutter repairs and cleaning for a reasonable price!
