We had to fight for months and Max was there the whole time so we knew what to do and what to say and after countless denials they finally admitted there was a lot of hail damage and paid out. A wind storm came through on 8 Jan 24 and blew shingles from the roof requiring immediate repair

Used search for roof repair companies in Justin and three firms showed up on my search, one of which being Neighborhood General Contracting.

I contacted the company which was open by 8am and asked for an repair estimate. Talked to Max who said he would send a tech to review the project and give a cost quote and emailed a couple of pictures of the damage. By 9:30 I had a cost quote that was reasonable and agreed to the contract. His roofing tech showed up at 1pm and the work was completed professionally and looks like a quality repair. Max @Neighborhoodservices was great to work with, he handled everything after I turned in the claim to my insurance company. The first time my insurance company low balled me as they always do Max had them come back out and reinspect the roof and damage which was necessary to get all repairs made to my roof. Very professional and great job getting roof on and cleaned up the mess from taking the roof off.

Last February, a massive hailstorm hit my home and I had no idea where to start. Max helped identify all of the damaged parts of my home, and worked with my insurance to claim all the damage locations including hail damage to my window screens, the mailbox, and more. He was very polite and professional, explaining the full process in easy to understand terms as I had never had such major repairs to home. He made sure all work was performed to my satisfaction and kept in contact on a regular basis on when the teams would be here and what they would be fixing. I am extremely happy with the quality work and communication. I would hire him again in a heartbeat for future repairs and projects.

I cannot say enough good things about Max! He had to stay on top of my insurance company for a whole year to get what was owed to me on getting my roof and other hail damage repairs done but he fought for me! He explained how the insurance worked with cutting checks to figuring out the bid and what they would pay...it could get very confusing. I trust him 100%...not something I can say about just anyone! Max always communicated with me with updates from roof installation, material delivery, power washing my shed and restaining it (he did it the right way) & any updates with the insurance company. Anytime I need anything done to my house in the future, I will be calling Max. He is a hard worker and doesn't take shortcuts just to get the job done faster. I did not know Max prior to having my roof, etc done but I can say it's been a real pleasure to work with & getting to know Max.
