Helping my in laws with several home projects while visiting for the week. Needed several pieces of building lumber but they didn't have the tools to cut the wood. Dylan (hope the spelling is correct) was sooo helpful by cutting and ripping each piece for us. Nehalem Lumber had everything we needed for the job and at a fair price. Thanks to Dylan and Nehalem Lumber I was able to get the job done! I would highly recommend!!!

I took pictures of an outside water spicket that the cap was broken off. I needed the part and instructions. Living in a small village it's hard to find some parts etc another local store didn't have part and wouldn't know where to start suggesting it might take replacing entire apparatus. Nehalem Lumber had the part and gentleman at the counter was able to instruct with precision how to remove broken plastic stuck in faucet head before installing new one. Able to DIY and save myself some money! Thanks guys!!

I am a contractor starting a remodel in the area today. I needed two 16" toilet supply lines. My search showed Manzanita Lumber was closer. All Manzanita had was 20". Manzanita Lumber charged me $44 for two 20" toilet supply lines. I also ask if I could use they're restroom to which they said no. Knowing Home Depot only charges $5 to $7 a supply line I Googled to see if I had more options in the area. Nehalem Lumber not only had what I needed, they had 9", 12", 16", 18" and 20". When I walked in the door he had what I asked for at the counter, only charged me $13 for both and allowed me to use they're restroom. Manzanita Lumber charges 3x what Nehalem Lumber does for supply lines and one better not need to pee while shopping at Manzanita Lumber

Always a wonderful local store with helpful staff and great inventory. I especially like that, in this COVID period, they are taking it seriously and have taken many steps to protect their customers and themselves. Their staff is active in the community as well and always go the extra mile to help. Thanks for being there!

Friendly, helpful, just like a local hardware store should be. I always leave with what I need, and a smile on my face!

If they don't have it, they can get it for you. Ask them anything, they know. So happy they are helping me makeover my whole home! Prices are usually better here than big box, which was a nice surprise.

The owners are wonderful people, and their employees are awesome. My mom and I are locals, and they've been incredibly helpful since we moved to the area.

Great local hardware and lumber yard! Great local family keeping it rocking for a long....long....long time. Very helpful folks. Decent variety and prices. Need something and don't want to drive 30 or more minutes and you will appreciate Nehalem Lumber even more! Don't be scared of the parking up top, there is a ton of parking down below.

Small town hardware store with a comprehensive selection, and fair prices. Can't go wrong, if they have what you're looking for.

Prices are better than the big box stores, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The selection is surprisingly good, with the essentials needed. Though it's a small place, and doesn't have space for three different brands of the same doodad, they we often have one doodad in stock. Parking is kind of strange, there are only four spaces in the front. There is more parking down below, but it's a walk then to the office.

Great selection, a little confusing with two levels of merchandise. Staff is very friendly. The deliver for large orders as well.
