I'd highly recommend Michael Neel and his company as I had a situation whereas my roofing claim for my property in Jackson MS was mishandled by another company for 8 mos with hardly any results then I allowed Michael to take over the claim and my claim was fully approved based on his analysis of my roof! I received a complete roof replacement and he threw in upgraded shingles and other parts. The job was done professionally with constant updates and drone footage. He recently handled another issue I was having with my AC units in which he coordinated and oversaw the repairs until completion. He's proven to be honest and trustworthy! I told him he's the GOAT and I mean that!

Michael Neel was a GODSEND. He worked with my insurance company. Michael, Barney and their team are very professional. They show up early to work and stay late to finish. Their work is great. I highly recommend this roofing company. Michael and Barney went out of their way to help me throughout this process!

Neel Roofing and Construction is top notch. They replaced a roof on a home I own in Brandon, MS and were very professional and cost effective. They were motivated and driven to meet the tight deadline I gave them to work on and had no problems delivering. When the job was done, they left the sight clean, without any nails or debris. I will continue working with them on all my projects going forward.

The guys at Neel R&C did an outstanding job repairing my damaged roof and gutters. They were prompt and on budget. After meeting Michael at my house in the morning to survey the job, his crew was on site the following morning and completed the job within a few hours, which blew my mind because I thought the job was going to take the entire day. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again. However, if the need arises, I’ll definitely be calling Neel Roofing and Construction.

We had some shingle damage after some high winds and hail. We connected with Michael in the afternoon, and he was able to come by the following day for an emergency repair. He was on time, thorough with his work, and charged a very reasonable price. He also provided very competitive quotes for full shingle replacement and answered all of our questions.

I had a tornado come through and rip a hole in my roof. Neel repaired it so well you can’t tell it was ever damaged and it was done quickly and at more than reasonable cost! I will definitely use Neel for all future roofing needs. Highly recommend!
