Placed order back in October, so it took awhile to get here. Everyone was professional, nice. The guys cleaned up after they were done. My garage needs a face-lift so I'm getting a quote NCR on that. Pleased with their work. Would use them again and refer to.
Ladies in the office were helpful and nice as well when I'd call with questions.

I gave them a 10 thousand dollar cashiers check to secure the deal of 17 triple pane windows and siding. Filed for a divorce before they were made. Ncr contracting refused to give me the money back or the windows and said it would have to be finalized through the divorce. It took 2.5 years because of covid for the divorce to be finalized and the judge to sign off that I the rightful owner as the cashiers check came from my own person injury settlement. Now that they have been order to return to me they are saying that they are charging me over a thousand dollars for storage fees when they wouldn't have EVER HAD TO STORE THEM HAD THEY GAVE THEM TO ME WHEN I ASKED ORGINALLY!!! Mike says he's fine with a lawsuit and apparently will be looking forward to being sued! I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS WITH THIS COMPANY.

You can't compare these windows to anything else. Great price ,well made windows and doors. I had them replace 41 windows and two doors. I finally can enjoy a well insulated house now. Louis and his team did a fantastic job. They really take pride in their work and want to make the customer happy. Louis made sure it was done professionally.

The crew at NCR have been so great to work with. They were able to beat competitor's prices significantly (almost half the cost). Since the windows and door have been installed, they have been nothing but helpful and responsive to any concerns we have had. We would recommend NCR to anyone looking to have any work done around their home!

They came one time and measured window said they would be back. Then called several months later to say my window was in and would come the next day to install. My Bay window came white trim which doesn't match my homes brown trim. If you purchase from this company be sure what you ordered.

was not interested in installing my sliding glass doors. Wanted to sell me their own which would have been fine had I not already purchased these. There were additional projects to come out of this because there is other work I need done. No way to treat a potential customer.

Best window and siding company in Nebraska. They were very professional and respectful. They were quick to get everything done. Would highly recommend.
