NB Roofing replaced my 20-something year old roof In May 2022.

The good:
- the bid was reasonable and included a discount when my neighbor also used them
- the work was done quickly and the quality appears to be good (it's only been 5 months)

Pro Tip:
- Save a copy of the bid, your checks and make sure you have a signed letter from NB Roofing listing all the work done, the cost, and a statement that the project was paid in full.

Luis and his crew are absolutely amazing. Luis showed up on time and provided an estimate. He was kind and respectful. When the work began, the crew were on time and stayed late into the night. Before they left, the made sure to walk around and pick up all the trash. The following day the work started and they went right back at it. The job was completed ahead of what was estimated.

The outcome is absolutely beautiful. I got a new roof and couldn’t be happier.

After speaking with 5 different roofing companies and waiting weeks to get quotes. We met with Luis at NB roofing who was very professional and knowledgeable of the available shingles and what the differences were between the different types. NB Roofing came recommended through our insurance so I decided to get a few more quotes before deciding on a company. After a few VERY overpriced quotes, I spoke with my insurance agent who said he and several of his coworkers had also had NB Roofing replace/repair their roofs. These guys were great. The crazy wet weather pushed out the install a few days but they worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. My roof looks great and I appreciate the pricing, quality and experience we had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

I just had my roof replaced by Luis and his crew. They were very easy to work. Luis showed up with samples to choose from and gave me a bid. We scheduled the installation date and they showed up on time. They took care of the removal of the old shingles and the disposal. They got the work done in only one day. Great experience. NB Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof! Our neighborhood is at the point where many of the nearby homes are getting their roofs redone and I have seen several situations where a roof is being worked on for well over a week. This blocks driveways and frustrates neighbors. NB on the other hand were done super quickly. Several neighbors spoke to me afterward to comment on the speed it was complete. On top of that they spent time ensuring we were happy with how the roof looked and the quality of the different vents/gutters that they were installing. They kept strict to their quote and offered a fair, competitive price. I would strongly recommend getting a roof done by NB to anyone in the future.

Luis and his team were amazing! Their bid was very competitive, and was quite a bit lower than the other bids I got, but with the same high quality materials, labor and warranty. Luis went above and beyond answering my questions and even met with the insurance adjustor to make sure he was being fair with me. Install was very quick, they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, and Luis even came back the next day to double-check and make sure everything looked great and I was happy with their service. I would highly recommend giving them a call, and in fact, I have already referred them to about 4 or 5 of my neighbors. Thank you!

They did a great job. My gutters were full of single debris before they came. Not only did they do a great job at cleaning up my yard they even took time to clean the gutters. I was not expecting that.

As we started the process of adding solar panels to our roof, we knew we needed new shingles. We have been in the home for 24 years and we still had the original roof. We decided to do a full strip off of the old shingles and replace with new. The solar company put us in contact with Luis at NB Roofing. We could not be more pleased with the job that was done. It took them 5 days to complete the job, a big job! The workers were courteous and professional. Even at the end of a couple very long days, they did not leave until every thing was cleaned up, even if it was dark!! The workers were very professional, courteous and respectful. We just had our roof redone and are very happy with it. The new roof looks great and the price was better than any other quote we got. They did very good work and added little touches like painting the pipes coming out of our roof to match better. They also upgraded the venting so that the new roof will last is longer. The whole process was very easy for us. Luis was available to answer our questions throughout the process. The workers cleaned up at the end of each day and were polite to my family. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone.

Luis was great to work with. He worked with our homeowners insurance. He explained the materials they used, all top quality! They got my shingles replaced quickly and cleaned up. Brought my roof up to code and made it better than it was when it was new! My roof didn't have vents when my home was built. NB Roofing installed ridge line vents at no extra charge. I am very pleased with my new roof. It looks awesome! I highly recommend NB Roofing!

This company did a WONDERFUL job on my roof. All of the homes in my neighborhood were built about the same time, so this summer we were all needing to reroof our homes. NB Roofing's bid was significantly lower than anyone else. Many in my neighborhood started having their roof done by this company. We all were happy with the quality materials that they used and by the remarkable customer service. I would highly recommend this company! You won't regret it.

I had been looking to replace my roof for a while. I had 4 other Bids from different places not only did these guys give me the best price around but they had the best warranty for the roof and labor. Edgar and his crew did a very professional job on my commercial roof. They made sure to follow up with me several times until all the leaks were gone.

These guys did an Awesome job. First they took off three layers of shingles. And put new plywood down. The shingles look great. And they gave me a great price and guarantee.
