From calling to get an estimate to the final product, working with Navy construction was a great experience. They took on a project that other contractors wouldn't want and executed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I will be contacting them again for future projects.

Work done promptly and professionally at a reasonable price. I will use again, will paint our house next year and replace the roof the year after.

Navy Construction LLC did a great job installing and repairing siding on our home. They also painted the exterior.
Everything was done very professionally and timely. They have a large crew. Everything was done in four days. They even did some last minute work on a fence I requested and painted a bench.

They repaired a leak over my patio doors where a previous contractor did not do his job properly. They inserted flashing under cedar shakes. It was done carefully and thoroughly. I would definitely consider them for other projects among their services. I've already recommended them to a neighbor.

I could not get any contractor to reply nor quote to replace my siding. Only Vinyl salespeople would show up. I did not want vinyl. I searched for the best at siding and this contractor was on the list.
They looked over the job and listened to my needs. Jose made some good reccomendations that turned out great. I had them install Hardy board siding on my whole house. they let me pick the color and painted it nicely. We even worked in some upgrades and they helped to run some cables inside the wall instead of ugly on the outside.
Not all construction goes perfectly, we had a few issues that we worked out and they were very accommodating. I especially liked the painting team, very professional and helpful. Even my neighbors complimented the finished project. some asked for a card so they could get a quote too.
I would recommend NAVY construction.

I recently received a quote from Navy Construction for siding repair/replacement work, pressure washing, and painting my house and one car garage. I decided to hire them, and they were able to get me on their schedule within a week. From the start of the job to completion everyone at Navy was great to work with. They were all friendly, professional, hardworking. The pressure washing job went well. The siding repair/replacement on the house turned out to be more challenging than expected, but Jose and his team pulled through and did an excellent job. They also did a great job on the siding replacement on my garage. I added an additional job of sanding and painting of my back porch and Navy came through again with fantastic results. The paint job turned out beautiful. I've received many complements on how the house looks from friends and neighbors. I added another job of refencing a section of my fence that was wobbly and unstable. Navy fixed it and added a gate, and the results are top notch. All of this at a fair and competitive price. A+++! I'll add some pictures in the next day or two when I get a chance to take some.

Jose and his team fixed my siding boards broken by critters. Jose was exceptionally patient and kind that he listened to my needs and ideas about the project and discussed various possible adjustments to the project plan. This lead to a better final version of the plan and overall a very satisfying and worry-free experience to me as a house owner with less experience in house repair. I give NAVY Construction team the highest rating and my best recommendation!

2023 -We used Navy Construction to assist us with dry rot, siding and window trim replacement and paint. In addition Jose was a life saver by assisting us to fixed a previous contractors job inorder to pass inspection. He put in metal flashing on the deck, put in concrete posts on the stairs and replaced the handrail on the stairs. Aside from all the things we asked him to do, he was willing to pick up materials I ordered at Parr Lumber. I ordered too much material not knowing what I would have needed. He reused what I had and I ended up not needing what I ordered and saved me a ton of $. He hung on with us to make sure we passed inspection and made adjustments when necessary and squeezed us in his busy schedule even when it meant working on weekends. His crew was friendly and always kept the area clean. They even brought their own porta potty to the job site the first day. Marial was very pleasant on the phone and each time we had questions she would communicate to Jose and get back to us. She was prompt in returning our calls and never left us hanging. We always knew what was expected. I cannot say enough good things about Jose and his team. Very nice people and easy to work with. Thank you so much!

Update March 2025: we called Jose again to replace our roof and constructed two new skylight. He did an excellent job framing the well and the skylights turned out amazing. He had a large crew to install the roof and it was done in a day. Jose and his crew always showed up on time and got to work and cleaned up all the debris after. Very easy to work with.

April 2025 We decided to have our two story deck removed and have a partial siding redone and house repainted. They were very meticulous and did a wonderful job. Call him on your next outdoor project!

They deserve 10 stars! I have siding and windows replaced ..etc with them . I’m very happy with their work. They’re hard working crew ,they show up everyday to get the job done as quickly as possible and Quality work and clean up after themselves. Jose is very easy to work with and done a great job for my house and the lady front desk is friendly always respond to every of my questions anytime of the day. Will definitely hire them again and would recommend to anyone need help with home renovations.

Repaired siding on my house and installed new window and garage trim. Did excellent job, very clean lines. On time every day and left the job site very clean. We are very happy with the work and our experience with Navy construction, would be happy to work with them again and recommend.

I called Navy construction initially for some lap siding that was going bad. They found dry rot underneath that had spread to the roof. They were able to repair everything quickly. I appreciated the fair price combined with the professional workmanship. They worked hard and quick and picked up the garbage when they were done each day. Everything looks better than what the original builder had put up. I plan on calling them again for any other projects that come up.

When we needed to replace our house siding we got three quotes, and Navy Construction’s was less than half the two bigger companies’! They were easy to get in touch with throughout and came to the house multiple times in the planning phase to advise us on questions we had.

Then, when they started construction they showed up on time, worked quickly and professionally, and took pains to clean up the construction debris afterwards. The siding looks great and we saved a TON of money!! Don’t plan a construction project without calling Navy!

I used this company for the following: (1) Exterior house painting; (2) Replacing 4 rotten trellis beams in the front yard. The guys from the company were very nice and did a really good job. I highly recommend them.

Navy Construction was wonderful to work with. They replaced/repaired our siding and lifted our side door to avoid future dry rot. They where able to get an excellent match to our existing paint. They took the time needed to ensure a quality job.

We moved from to Oregon and bought a house. It wasn't what we were used to in MN. Finally we decided to have the housed resided. We contact contractors and got a few estimates to have the house resided with Hardy Plank and one for vinyl siding. We decided to go with NAVY Construction. I was so surprised how fast they completed the job. I can say it seemed like they had been working together for 50 years. We were very pleased with the siding and painting they did. Everyone was so nice, and they cleaned up the mess every night before they left. They made our house into a HOME in 5 days. It is so quite and looks so nice now. We can't thank everyone at NAVY construction for our home.

We used Navy Construction for window installation and siding for our new house construction. It was a pleasure to work with Jose - knowledgeable, reliable and punctual, easy to talk with. Entire crew performed quality work, despite long hours in challenging conditions, to complete the job on time and on budget. Cleaned up jobsite daily and paid attention to little details that make a difference. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Did a web search, and it seemed to have good reviews - although all very recent and not sure why showing front page images from jobs not performed by them. Anyway, Jose did show up on time and prepared, but very quickly there was a language barrier issue. Had to repeat more than 5 times what amount of work and estimate scope I wanted - as might not be willing to do a full house siding replacement; ended not getting a correct estimate.
So, he had to come a second time.
Later I asked for some additional info regarding the company - because not specified in webpage, and got it pretty fast.
They were diligent in following up inquiring if any more info was needed....but today, received a text asking if I was ready to have work started - puzzling as no word was given about a decision made. I replied saying that actually I have decided to go with another company, and received a snarky replied: "I say if you not going to occupy anything, do not make someone work for nothing, time and gas are expenses. Thanks".
So my gut feelings were right, and Jose needs a business lesson (and many of English and manners) - estimates are considered free, unless specified upfront otherwise, and a second visit was needed because lack of language skills from estimator (altogether spent maybe 1.5 hours if that much),
In sum, I do not recommend this company services

Navy Construction install windows and siding on my new construction. They very good job. Staffs are friendly and easy to work with. recommend everyone hire them for your projects

Jose from Navy Construction addressed our needs for siding repair and caulking of butt-joints and windows. Very responsive from the original quote to the work day. Very reasonable pricing plus good quality work and craftsmanship. The entire team of 5 people spent about 11 hours on a Saturday getting all the work done. We ran into some issues with water damage to the house sheathing which they helped to repair with little additional cost.

I'll definitely be using these guys for all my future siding needs! No job too small!
