Customer feedback regarding Nationwide Solar is predominantly negative, with numerous complaints highlighting serious issues with customer service, communication, and the delivery of promised products. Many customers reported difficulties in reaching support, with disconnected phone lines and unanswered emails being common grievances. Delays in installation and unexpected cost increases have left several customers feeling frustrated and misled. While a few reviews mention positive experiences with sales and installation, the overall dissatisfaction with post-installation support and service makes the prevailing sentiment critical.
- Great sales people and so helpful while getting the solar panels on!
- They made the process easy, gave me the deal that I was looking for communicated effectively and got me up and running with my new roof and new solar.
- From the sales team giving excellent communication and updates to the professionalism of the install crew, I couldn't be happier.
- Appointments were made in a timely manner and everyone involved in the process were professional and courteous.
- Nationwide Solar's customer service number is disconnected.
- I can't get a hold of anyone to get it fixed.
- Customer service is terrible so if that's what you want to spend thousands on consider yourself warned.
- We have made many calls just wanting them to complete what they started and have been told nothing.

I would be very wary dealing with anyone from this company. They give false promises and do not keep their word. My boyfriend works for this company and has to deal with a lot of bull crap that isn’t his fault. We are nice loving people and this company takes advantage of that. I recently got my mom involved with solar because I also was working with the company and she wanted to support me. But it has been the biggest mistakes we’ve made so far. My mom is paying way more than what she was before switching and is not receiving any help from anyone inside nationwide Solar/freedom forever. They are quick to take your money but slow to help in anyway that benefits you. I would not work for this company and or work with this company. Watch out. A lot of fake people in this company and I wouldn’t put it past them to do anything for their own gain. God sees all and this company will be humbled. God bless you all reading this. Hope my review will help you save a lot of time and pain. I wish I could say the same for us.

April 29th . Still not operational. Nationwide Solar's customer service number is disconnected. I had to call my former lender, Sonova to get a working phone number. I had to leave a message. Emails to my contact and customer service bounced back as undeliverable.
Never, never, never trust this company.
We started this project in July 2024. All seemed to going well, then things slowed down. I get call asking me to change lenders from Sonovia to Good Leap. This took 2 weeks and numerous emails. At this point it is November 2024. I stayed at the start that wanted the project at least started by December 2024 in order to claim the tax rebate in 2024 in case politics changed this program. Nope, finally got panels up in January. Once I switched lenders, I suddenly get an email from a credit union welcoming me. I had to call the credit union to see if it were fraud, apparently Good Leap joined for me. Would have been nice to be informed. I get a new guy come in to look at project. He tells me Forever Freedom has taken over my project, also news to me. Supposed to have City of Portland inspection yesterday, cancelled at last minute because they didn't have updated plans. So 9 months in I have to start repaying the loan at $266 per month, while paying $267 to electric company because the system is still not operational. If I had the time back, there is no way I would have ever started this mess. I still hope A) this is worth it once it is up and running B) I can still get the tax credit, otherwise my repayment goes up to $360 per month. I feel sad that I trusted these people. I did check reviews and BBB, but I guess bad stuff still happens even if one done due diligence.
As of today, April 16th , I have had no communication from Nationwide Solar .

I've had solar for about a year and a half. If I could go back, I'd skip it. A large portion of my panels are not producing. I can't get a hold of anyone to get it fixed. My emails are coming back failed. The phone line was busy with no option to wait to speak to someone. I had to leave a voicemail that has been unanswered.
My loan payment is higher than my power bill ever was (power ranged from$100-$200. The first year of loan payments was $200 and then went up to $300 for the next 19 years) and now because a major portion isn't producing, I'm also paying an additional $100 for electricity. I'm paying twice the money, now. Definitely not worth it. This is on top of how much I already disliked the install. They showed up 6 hours late with no call, just me waiting around for them to show up. What was supposed to take "a day, 2 tops" took 5 days over 2 visits and a mess in my yard for me to clean up. Energy drink cans, silicone tubes, screws, wires, etc all just tossed and left for me. They didn't seal the penetration in the side of my house going into the breaker. I complained about it at the time. I was told they would take care of it. It never happened. They didn't install stickers on the panel so it failed the inspection and I couldn't turn it on so I was paying the loan payment and electric bill for two months in the beginning.
I'm attaching a couple of pictures. No need to show 15 examples of all of the trash left behind.

Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.

Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
