Not only did they do a great job, they accommodated our needs to get it done sooner than the original schedule. He was super receptive and accomadating, I needed help asap excavating for a deck and they jumped on it right away. They we're beyond easy to work with, fast and even friendlier. Ive worked with the owner several times on other projects and can say that Sam is one of the most knowledgeable people in the general contracting field I've ever met. Very level headed and focused on completing a job with the highest quality and in a reasonable time frame.

Everything about ProWorks exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. We needed our front porch and patio replaced: our old one was rotting in various places and the stairs were no where near code. Despite only coming in with knowing it needed to be replaced and our supply of vague ideas, Sam helped guide us with his vast knowledge and experience of what would make a new porch and patio look great while also being functional. When work started, Sam was incredibly communicative, transparent, and honest about progress, costs, delays, and so forth. His crew was absolutely incredible: not only was it obvious the amount of pride and effort they put into their work, but they were also kind and courteous. The amount of time they spent acknowledging and chatting with our two year old was heartwarming, and she loved them and seeing all of their tools and equipment as well!

The end product is amazing and beautiful, but the quality of the interactions, the honestly and transparency from ProWorks, and the attention to detail were even better. We plan on using ProWorks for all of our future projects!

We hired Proworks to demolish and build new front steps to our 1920’s farm house, Sam was very patient and kind. We will be hiring Proworks again this summer to clear out old stumps and blackberry bushes. Thankful to have found someone we can trust.

I had Sam (ProWorks) do a 440 sq/ft home additon on new foundation, and then a complete remodel of an additional 400 square feet of existing. The quality is great, I have no complaints, I'm sure most contractors could handle this... but, the absolute best part of these guys is the communication. Sam, his foreman, and his admin assistant ALWAYS answer their phones, texts, and emails. I always knew the schedule, any changes, and was very much included in the decision making process. Sam was great at keeping stress off of the homeowner; the permitting, subcontracting, and inspections were all seamless and handled 100% by the GC. I hope I don't ever do an addition again, but if I do, I'll use ProWorks.

Sam and his crew did a great job on our 650 square foot house addition. They were reliable and easy to work with. Sam is a good communicator and kept us abreast of things even though we were out of state for much of the project. We would recommend ProWorks based on our successful project.

I am an apprentice Construction Craft Laborer and had a class project where we had to make a job bid. I emailed Sam for quotes regarding subcontracting some of the work to him. Although he knew this just for a project and not a real job he promptly replied with great customer service and communication. If he is this good about a fictitious job I can only imagine how good he is regarding a real paying job. I would highly recommended using this company.

He gave me a realistic estimate of cost, time, and amount of work required (water and insect damage), as well as any unexpected situations that might occur.

Once the work began it was done professionally, no corners cut, and as fast as possible. Work area was cleaned at the end of each day. Final job was better than expected.

Can't recommend him enough.

I hired ProWorks for a complete bathroom gut and remodel in 2016. Their work was fantastic and service was excellent. Sam, the owner, was either on site managing or working every day until the job was complete. I later hired Sam to fix some foundation cracks and water problems. Once again, his service was prompt, professional, and high quality. This is my go-to contractor for any future needs!
