Genesis Restorations

Genesis was an amazing company to work with when we had water damage to multiple floors in our house. Slavik was professional, always on time, and kept us informed during the whole restoration process. His entire crew were polite to my family and extremely hard workers. I would use them again should we have future projects.

Slavik and his teams were phenomenal and our bathroom is absolutely beautiful after finding out about a leak that caused significant damage all the way to the support beam and joists of the house.

I was informed and involved each step of the way. Slavik was always very quick to get back to me, happy to research all the right options, and even help me understand the process with insurance.

Slavik was great! He was able to get all the projects lined up and was able to get the repair done quickly. We love our new master bathroom and would highly recommend using them.

Our home had a tree land on this year. We were in so much stress thinking it was going to take a lifetime to rebuild. But Genesis Restoration came out the same exact day to tarp our home from any further damage such as the rain. I was honestly surprised that I was able to get someone to come out that quick and asses the damage. It was a total of 42 days and our home was rebuilt back to its original condition. We hired Genesis Restoration after water damage to our home. When I met Slavik he misrepresented his company, telling me it was a large company and he was one of the employees. I suppose to make me think they were more established than they were. I later found out it was a one man show and he was the owner with a couple of contractors he used. Which is fine, but he should not have lied about it which is a big red flag and explains the next issue, time.
The work took an extremely long time, we would go weeks without hearing from him and without work being done on our house.
At the end of the job he did not finish the shower as planned due to mismeasurement of glass shelving. He told me he would fix it but then he would not answer our calls and went MIA. He never fixed the shelving.
The last issue is that the work came with a 3 year warrantee with an outside company. When I contacted that company to see if fixing the shelves would be covered they told me Slavik had informed them he did not do the work on our house.
I will state that overall quality was good other than the shelving. Unfortunately dishonesty, timeliness, and being unresponsive outweighs that.

Slavik, and his team at Genesis were amazing. We had wind damage to the roof of our four story townhouse. Slavik’s experience working with insurance companies made it easy to get the approval for interim repairs and replacement of the roof. Genesis does quality work and they don’t cut corners. They had no problem with the height of the job either . True professionals. I highly recommend Genesis Restorations .
