National Roof Co

National Roof Company recently replaced my roof! They did a beautiful job, quickly, efficiently and structurally. Their team of workers were professional and left my property in great shape. David Parker was great to work with and walked us through every aspect of the project. I love my new roof and would definitely recommend National Roof Company!!!!

I used National Roof Co. to replace my 20+ year-old roof in December and couldn't be happier. Doing business with Tom and his team was very smooth and easy. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and completed the job in one day (as promised) despite the winter-shortened daylight. Their cleanup was excellent, and I still haven't found a single nail in our flower beds surrounding the house. On top of all that, Tom went above-and-beyond by addressing my concern about a clogged downspout shortly after the installation of the new roof. I mistakenly thought that it had been accidentally clogged by removed roofing material. Tom took apart the downspout and saw that the clog was actually due to... leaves (oops, sorry!). We flushed it out and now it's good as new. I highly recommend Tom and National Roof Co. to anyone who needs roof repair/replacement!

They did a good job on my roof repair and worked with my insurance company to get as much covered as possible.

A sales rep was harassing folks in my neighborhood this weekend. We had to get the police out because he would not leave when repeatedly asked to and because he was becoming aggressive. Not a good look. (There should be enough damage from all the recent storms . . .y'all shouldn’t be that hard up for work!)

My meeting with the sales rep felt like a scam. He set up an appointment and told me he would come out and look at my roof for an estimate. Upon arrival, he insisted that I had to sign a form authorizing his company to seek payment from my insurance company for any damages found. I wanted to quote, not to commit to service before even getting an estimate. When I refused to sign the form, the salesman told me he could not quote the job and left.

National Roofing, I cannot say enough about how fantastic this company is and especially David Parker who took care of everything for me with my insurance company. He went above and beyond explaining everything to me and was very professional and knowledgeable. I could tell right off that I was in good hands. He had the Best crew. They worked constantly in 100 degree weather and rain without stopping to get the job completed. They cleaned up everything and left my property perfect. I Highly recommend them for all your roofing problems you will be very please. Thank you so much for my beautiful new roof and gutters ❣️ Ask for David Parker he will take very good care! The owner, Ryan- came out to look at my roof himself.
He tweaked some of the original work that was functional but not done in a manner he liked. As a result, he added some things not in the initial design and turned out a fantastic end result.
The roof looks great and the team with Brandon and Matt did an outstanding job.

Summit salesman, Scott Caden, is a very great salesman. I have never cared for salesmen, but Scott definitely broke my feelings. He was very knowledgeable about the company and products. Emilio and his crew were excellent to work with. I highly recommend them. They installed a new roof, gutters and did some deck work for us. Emilio was easy to get in touch with and prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions.

Update: I would just like to do an update on the roof work that was done on my house. Yes the roof looks great but I had noticed that my gutters were overflowing when it would rain. We went to check them and noticed that on both sides there was foam pads they used to sit on the roof, literally STUFFED into the downspouts. If we didn’t look into this early enough and had more rain, this could cause a lot of costly damage to our house.

I had the pleasure of working with Summit Roofing, in particular Mr. Emilio Rodriguez. He did an excellent job with being informative and honest about everything going on. He gave me a very fair price as well. I’m extremely happy with my new roof. We planned over a month ahead and still had all of the work done on the same day that was originally planned. Everything was cleaned up and put back where it belonged! Thank you Emilio and to your team!

Emilo was awesome to work with about my roof. He brought samples of shingles and explained everything in detail. He even come back when the insurance adjuster came on a saturday. The detailed estimate i was given was spot on. No new charges. The crew showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything . I could not even tell they had been there except for the fantastic new roof and downspouts. Highly recommend these guys. I could not be happier.
