This man waiting for months to start the project and my deck is still pending to be completed.
Owner very good salesman, full of empty promises.
It took him almost 8 months to do one bathroom, half bath, windows and kitchen.
I feel I was treated unfair because I am a women.
He immediately started arguing with me it did not happen and my ceiling must have been bad from the start.

This man was able to have my review not read. This business just be aware. I hired Mr. Wise to do two loan projects for my home. One project was the Deck & Awning & the other project was for remodeling my kitchen, bathroom, and much more. This man waiting for months to start the project and my deck is still pending to be completed. It's been a year and he has waited too long to complete the work on my home, no kitchen remodeled, the bathroom has not been completed (frame around my mirrow and pieces of boarding need to be placed not done) & all the tile was put down but a part of my kitchen is not done and others not completed as well. He makes promises but he never completes the job. My access lights are not completed they need to be fixed to look neat. One of my loan contracts has expired after a year because he never shows up to complete the job. He's always having problems with his employees because he does not pay them or does not pay them well per discussion with his employees who have worked at my home. I just filed a case with the MHIC which is the MD home improvement commission, because for the 1st loan w/the Deck, I signed the contract and he was paid and never installed the awning. This is what he said, since the other contract has expired due to him, I would need to pay him on the loan that I paid him in full. This is not right in the other contract I can see but it was his fault all around. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE HIRING HIM AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LAWYER AND KEEP ALL YOUR TEXTS AND EMAILS PLEASE COMMUNICATED THIS WAY JUST IN CASE YOU NEED TO FILE SOMETHING ON MR WISE YOU WILL HAVE A CASE TO WORK WITH, WITH PROOF. I HAVE A BOOK ON TEXT MSSG AND EMAILS, THANK GOD. AM A VERY UNSATIFIELD CUSTOMER.

Nat. Remodeled just did my roof replacement, which included the wood, gutters with gutter guards. I checked quotes from 3 other companies, none included the wood or gutters. The biggest thing about it was that Nat. Remodeled were still comparable in their quote. They had the fastest installation date on the roof shingle color. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

National Remodelers Specialists LLC recently replaced the roof and gutters on our home. The work was started and completed in a very timely manner. The workmen did a very good job of cleaning up nails, screws, and other building materials when the work was completed. The work was excellent and our new roof and gutters look WONDERFUL! They also replaced the roof on our outdoor shed, and did a fine job with that as well. I highly recommend this company!

National Remodelers LLC. Installed a New Roof and Gutters on my home on 10-03-23 and they did an Excellent, Amazing, Outstanding Job. I talked with Mr. Wise and was very, very pleased with the Estimate and the Contract and I signed quickly. I was very pleased from start to finish with the Awesome work they Provided. The Price was very Reasonable and the Working Crew was On time, very Knowledgeable, Great Attitude, and Very Experienced and they performed High Quality Work. I will use National Remodelers LLC for all my Future Projects.

National Remodeler LLC did an Excellent Job installing my New Roof and Gutters on 10-04-23. I Highly recommend this Company and will use them for future Projects. I talked with Mr. Wise and was fully informed on what was to be done. My New Roof and Gutters just looks Amazing. They do Excellent, Quality Work. Their price was very affordable and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my New Roof. My wife and I have used National Remodelers Specialist three times. Mr. Wise was very instrumental in replacing all of windows, installing a new roof, and most recently installing new windows to enclose our patio. Each job was done in a very caring and professional manner. We want to thank Mr. Wise for all of his efforts in making our house a more comfortable place to call home. We plan on using Mr. Wise’s company to install floors next year.

I had a new roof installed by National Remodelers Specialist, LLC last week. The contractor, Mr. Wise, presented a proposal for removing the existing roof and a new roof installation. He gave a detailed list of the new roofing system and materials included, cleanup etc. and a beginning and end date. The installers arrived on time and completed the project in the time stated. Overall it was apositive experience.

Owner very good salesman, full of empty promises. Dishonest will rip you off financially (toilets he promised to reimburse, weren’t, shower door and storm promised never appeared). He complained he needed to pay his workers and I foolishly released final payment and he disappeared. It took him almost 8 months to do one bathroom, half bath, windows and kitchen.

Mr Wise was very unprofessional. I had a roof installed and they came through the ceiling in my middle bedroom during the installation. I called Mr Wise and he immediately started arguing with me it did not happen and my ceiling must have been bad from the start. I feel I was treated unfair because I am a women.I am a homeowner and I would not recommend his company to take out my trash. Very bad business ethics.
