We are so glad we chose National Reliance Group to handle our roof. Our insurance company wasn't budging until we reached out to NRG and they took over and got our claim approved that we were fight for almost a year alone. They built us a beautiful roof and we couldn't be happier, so much so we had our rental home done right away!

National Reliance Group delivers excellence in service from the moment they answered my call until the very end of my project. Their mitigation team got to my home fast and found my roof as the source of the incoming water. The roofing department helped us file a claim. The office staff was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We had our mitigation, roof installed and interior of home put back together in no time. Favorite part is we could rely on this one company to get it all done!!! Can't thank them enough!

It was a pleasure to have national Reliance group help us replace our roof. Bill was very professional and always available to answer our questions and update us on the progress of our insurance claim. The build only took one day. Ryan and Nico were there all day to ensure the build was finished without any issues. They updated us throughout the day, and took the time at the end of the day to walk around the house with us to show us the finished roof.

I normally don't leave reviews but after what I saw from NRG from Anthony and his mitigation team and the roofing team was absolutely amazing! The mitigation team went out to a home that had a pipe burst and flooded the whole house what I saw absolutely amazed me. I saw the Homeowner SMILE and welcome the team inside and I noticed the homeowners energy and body language. It was if they were coming over for dinner or a family gathering instead of mitigation job due to their home flooding. I just stood there flabbergasted because what that told me was how great of a job servicing her that they did and that service they gave her outweighed the sadness, uncertainty and even stress of the whole reason why they were even there. I never seen that before and I know that anybody else who calls them no matter the time will get that same level of service. That's very refreshing to have someone not just to call in case of an emergency like that but to feel light hearted and safe when you call NRG. Theres nothing else to additionally be concerned about because National Reliance Group is coming.

I recently had my roof replaced through National Reliance Group, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Chris, my agent, and Heath were incredibly informative and helpful, answering all my questions along the way.

The workers arrived as early as 6:30 am and got straight to work. They completed the entire job in just one day, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My family and I are so happy with our new roof—it’s solid and will last for the next 50 years.

Second time that our older house has had major water damage, and we called NRG again to help us like last time.

DeMarco and Ryan are absolute professionals at getting in, assessing the damage, and coordinating the mitigation crew to come and remove the affected drywall, insulation, etc. They photographed and videoed the damage for our insurance claim and even help represent our interests with the insurance adjuster(s). Industrial fans and dehumidifiers are now humming away in the background and I can rest easy that they have this well in hand.

DeMarco and Ryan were here on-time, told us what was going to happen, opened the walls, did what they had to do, then closed off the walls with plastic and set up drying equipment. They explained how the equipment worked, told us how to shut it off when necessary, and were available to help my wife talk to the insurance company to set up the claim. They were polite, extremely knowledgable, and friendly. I look forward to working with them in the future. Very highly recommended!
