I'm behind on writing this review, but wanted to commend the excellent, five star service we received from Nathan's. A tree fell on our house and we ended up using Nathan's to do a full roof replacement. They worked quickly and professionally, with a very competitive price, and Nathan was very helpful in walking us through different options. We have already recommended them to neighbors who asked us who we used.

Five stars is not enough. Nathan’s came out to repair 1yr old leaking roof under warranty only to discover the trusses were cracked. Without hesitation they replaced the entire roof to ensure no further issues. Excellent customer service, friendly workers, and utmost integrity. They worked past dark last Friday night to finish the job. This small business stands behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

If I could give Nathan's Roofing 10 stars, I would! I used them some years ago and they were so great, I reached out again after hail damage to my roof in the fall. Once again they did a great job. Nathan and his project managers, Lee and Chris, kept in touch with me throughout the process and I felt like they had my best interest in mind. Nathan's roofing team did such a good job. They were very organized and the job was done efficiently. The crew was friendly and responsive to my questions. I have never had such excellent customer service with any other company I have worked with. Lee and Chris are very customer service oriented and they make sure the job is done right.

Nathans replaced my roof and siding in 2017.
When I had a recent piece of siding fall off I contacted Nathan's and 1. The same sales guy was still working there and he did an awesome Job in 2017 as he did in 2025, his name is Lee and he returned my call same day and 2. He had someone to my house within a week and texted me in the morning of to let me know they were coming out. Kudos to Nathan's for standing by their work!!

Nathan’s Roof Repairs did an awesome job of replacing my roof. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed the job in about 1.5 days. Just in time for the holidays. What really impressed me was the workmanship and the cleanup after the job was done. The cleanup was thorough and meticulous. The followup was also on point. A few years ago the original roof on the house was getting old, and we also had some squirrel damage that needed to be repaired. Nathan's did great work with the repairs and the price was very reasonable. I also want to mention that they left the yard and all work areas very clean.

A note about Nathan's being honest, clear, and going above and beyond. The previous homeowner added a screened porch, and where that roof joins the house is an awkward transition with a rubber membrane. When Nathan's replaced our roof they pointed this out, and said it was not how they would have built it, and did the best with what was there. Later, when that membrane started to go bad they sealed it up--again good work and a reasonable price, but also noted that it would not last forever. Just last week they came out to look at it again for us, and did a little caulking work. After the crew left Nathan called me himself to talk about the spot, what it might cost to fully replace, and also said there would be no charge for that checkup. All along they have tried to do help us save money in the long run AND continue to do good work. I cannot recommend then enough.

Nathan’s replaced my roof in one day. They took great care in cleanup, and the pm even came back the next day to double check. I could not be more pleased.

We just had our roof replaced this past week and I can't say enough good things about Nathan's Roof Repairs. Nathan visited for the estimate and to talk about options. Nathan's Roof did a great job for our roof leaking issue and re-roofing project. While scheduling an appointment was easy, we did have to wait approximately 20 days due to their busy schedule. However, the wait proved to be worth it. They did a detailed inspection and fixed the flashing/leaking issue on the same day. When I asked for the re-roofing quote, Nathan quoted me the reasonable quote and there was no hidden fee or surprises in their quote. I greatly appreciated it.

The installation process itself took less than 2 days, during which the crew worked efficiently and respectfully, leaving no mess behind in my yard.

One thing I always look at before hiring a company is its reviews and I wasn’t disappointed after hiring Nathan’s to replace our roof. We had a technician come out to look at the roof pretty quickly. We were told that even though Nathan’s might not be the cheapest company, they would make sure the job was done correctly and they were completely honest. We did get another opinion by a different company which in fact was about the same estimate as Nathan’s. We decided to go with Nathan’s and haven’t been disappointed! We got the roof scheduled to be replaced the following week. They were fast, reliable and honest throughout the entire process. After the job was done, another tech came out to make sure it looked good and that we were satisfied. It’s been over 4 months and we have had rain, storms, and wind to test out the new roof. We are 100% happy and satisfied we went with Nathan’s!

I have an old roof and I knew I would have to replace it soon. A Year ago I had some estimates from other contractors. I could not even come close to affording the estimates I received from them so I had no choice but to wait until I had my HVAC system paid off 4 years from now. Unfortunately we had a storm and I discovered a leak. I called Nathans from a referral from some friends. Nathans came out promptly and discovered the repair work was going to be pretty costly. Less than a new roof, but Nathan instead proposed a new roof and I thought I knew where this was going. I was wrong. He gave me an estimate that was less than half of the other "Builders" out there and even though I was not prepared to invest in a new roof, his estimate was too good to pass up. I decided to get the new roof for my house and detached buildings. They showed up promptly, replaced the roof, cleaned up after themselves and even took care of some siding and chimney leak that we discovered later on. It is rare for a contractor to care about the job and his employees more than just making a big profit, Thank you Nathans Roof Repairs!

Part of my roof is flat and very few roofers have the knowledge or experience to work on it. Nathan's replaced it with top notch material and didn't try to price- gouge me. His men were very efficient, worked hard and steady, and didn't leave a single trace of debris when the job was completed. If you want a very professional company to replace your roof, then I highly recommend Nathan’s . Their price was very affordable and the workers were very efficient. I have never seen another company that was so thorough in cleaning up after completion. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable.

They replaced the roof to my house 9 years ago when I purchased it, even honoring a discount negotiated by the previous owner. They were on time and quick, and I am not a roof expert but I haven’t had a single issue with it. Just recently I needed a professional inspection for insurance purposes and they were able to come out to my house the next day. I will call them again if I need anything in the future.

The roofing crew from Nathan's just completed work in our 150 townhome community. They were professional, courteous and extremely well organized. What a pleasure.

They replaced the roofs of all the buildings in our townhouse community, and I was amazed at their efficiency and quality of their work! The team worked like a well-oiled machine and got things done quickly and competently. They also cleaned up well afterwards, and there was no damages that I heard about. All in all, very impressive!

I wanted you to know that the roofers have gone the extra mile regarding my home. All that was on my patio I moved into, on to, my garden. I went out this morning to cover what is in the shrub bed and one of the men took two 8' sheets of plywood to cover the lilies. This effort absolutely thrilled me. They didn't have to do this. They also hung a tarp from the gutters on the front of the house. A tarp was hung on the fences in the back yard to cover the patio. I'm wowed! Surely people have complained about what has been done so I wanted you to know the respect they have shown to my home.

Nathan's was responsive, professional, and left us with a replacement roof that looks wonderful and is clearly a higher quality than our original builder grade roofing was. They stood by their work, even resolving an issue with our flashing (that was not due to their work) and going above and beyond. The folks on-site were professional and despite working on the roof in the mid-90's temperature, they finished on time.
