Christine Miller
Sent me texts saying he works with the roof program and would find me a grant program for the roof. He called me and the conversation was totally different, no mention of grants or programs, and when I called him out on it, he hung up. He's a fraud and scammer and I'm reporting him as such with the phone call and texts.
