If you're looking for a contractor who does great work and is reliable look no further. Bo with 4C Construction was a welcomed relief after our last contractor left us high and dry. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he helped connect us to Mustang electric to get our hot tub hooked up. Him and his dad came out within a week of reaching out and designed us exactly what we wanted, a new deck, hot tub enclosure, and new concrete pads. Them and their hardworking team got it all done in a week. Thank you so much Bo for helping us with the new decks and for all your help getting the hot tub up and running. Now we can truly enjoy the summer. Will be using again in the future.

4C Construction installed windows in my home. They are professional and do great work. Installation was done for four windows in 5 hours including lunch break. Area was left clean. Great communication for owner before and after service was provided. I would definitely recommend.

Love love love renting from him, I’ve only been a tenant for about 3 years, but very understanding always answear his phone, and get the maintenance men sent out asap when needed.

The company owner, is my landlord. When I need something taken care of at my rental property it’s taken care of quickly. I don’t have to contact him much because my place was just about completely remodeled before I moved in. Everyone is easy to get along with. I would recommend this company.

This is a wonderful construction team. I've been renting from these guys since 2017 and they have always been very professional. They do an excellent job with maintentance and repairs. They are beyond amazing. When I report maintenance issues they always come out within 48hrs. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I highly recommend these guys! They tore down, redesigned, and replaced my front porch with composite decking and it looks great. They poured new footings as well. They don’t mess around! The job was completed in 2.5 days. I will definitely be using them again for my next project.

Bo, Jose, and the rest of the guys did a good job as expected. A few things that stood out to me over past contractors that I have hired were how well the communication was, I never was made to feel like a bother or that my questions and requests frustrated or were silly to Bo, or at least his composure didn’t show it . The speed at which everything was carried out was what you hope for when you begin a renovation, but seem to never get. These guys did the job, pulled the stops to meet code and do things right, did it fast, and therefore were a solid upgrade from past contractors. Do YOUR job as a customer to clarify what you want and need, get nitty and gritty with the details so there is no mistaking what you desire, and Bo and his guys will make your vision a reality.

Great experience from start to finish! Very prompt and efficient with their time. Took care to keep the rest of the house clean, always left the work area tidy at the end of the day. Very knowledgeable, had great ideas and were able to adjust easily when things would take an unexpected turn. The only contractor who provided us with alternatives to simply replacing our existing deck with the same style. Love the new design compared to what we had, Bo knew what we needed better than we did. Very effective in troubleshooting problem areas (siding was installed around the previous deck, we needed to adapt the connection to the house to match the existing siding). Responsive to concerns with outstanding and swift communication, able to adapt to unexpected changes on plans. Pricier than some of our other quotes, but well worth the extra cost in order to get the project done right.

We are very impressed with how quick the team did the job. The quality and end result are top-notched and exactly the way we wanted it. The best part? All of these are within reasonable price! Bo stayed in contact the whole process and gave us the best deal out of five different companies we’ve reached out to. We highly recommend 4C Construction and we are definitely keeping them for any future home projects!

Job not completed. Terrible Communications. Part time never there to go over anything. Sloppy work, couple more items electrical switch on island not flush. Also knobs on cupboards had holes that where plugged. subcontractors did not want to return to complete any of the jobs they started. I added pictures of the mirror and light and vanity they do not align up. Sloppy cut in on paint job. Paid for electrical and it was not completed. The plumbing was not completed water softener and hot water heater not working had incorrect breakers. Tile crooked on floor. Cracked mosaic tiles. Very disappointed in this Company. Because the electrician did not finish the job we have breakers blowing and a small fire in the wall. When you spend almost 38k on a remodel you expect perfection. So of course I was not happy when he demanded full payment so he could go to Florida. I kept $320.00, because we informed him how unhappy we where he said he would not be back. We had talked about couple other projects however, he had told us he had taken on another job, so we knew we would need to get someone else for those projects. Always do your research when they don't pull permits that should be a red flag. I only spoke with the workers twice. At no time was I notified of any of these issues in advance. They called to have them explain how I wanted the tile. Then they asked me to contact the cabinet people. I was not aware of the crack in the new cabinets.
8/11/2022 after living here we have found such sloppy work.
So tonight while we tried using our Microwave the facing that goes around it came off. It was not even screwed in to cabinet. Then we also notice a crack in our cabinet. Painted Ceilings white and gray walls. Left paint on my bathroom tile. When the construction. asked me to meet with him each time I would go out there he would not show up. There is know reason not to complete the job you start. The customer deserves respect and satisfaction. These are not false claims.
I still have all the imperfections to prove it. It will be costly to correct these issues.1/25/24 Now after 2 years we find our glass shower door was on incorrectly.
Also our floors which Beau recommended is now seperating after 2 years. Here are 3 copies of cash checks from 4 C Construction /Beau

After 2 years I finally get a response from the Owner. When they originally said they did not have a customer by my name (dishonesty)after paying for most of the products and supplies for my home plus paying you 38k you remember me. Your explanation is no excuse for a poor job and taking advantage by not making it right regardless. We where never friends you are my son's friend. As for our foundation we have had no issues. Taking advantage of seniors is not a proud moment for you.

We hired 4C Construction to renovate our kitchen and basement after a water pipe break left those areas of our home a disaster. Bo is the nicest person you would ever want to do business with and kept us informed of what work was scheduled every step of the way. The crew with 4C Construction are professional and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves every day that they were there, and their quality of work is outstanding. We will be hiring 4C Construction again for future home projects. I highly recommend them and would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

After working with 3 other companies, we finally found 4C Construction. They had the answer to what was causing our leaking issues. 4C Construction made it a priority to get us on their calendar and to fix and repair the dormer on top of garage before winter hits. 4C Construction replaced my front porch wood railing and wrapped the posts all with maintenance free material. I'm very happy with the quality. It looks beautiful! From the start, Bo the owner, was very professional and reliable. I was actually going to go with someone else initially but they were so unreliable and didn't show up when they said they would. I contacted Bo again and he came out and within a week, the job was done. You can count on him and his team to do an excellent work!
