My home had significant water damage in July and I’ve been working with Servpro on the cleanup and reconstruction. Chad Landretti has been managing the reconstruction. His professionalism, attention to details, and quick responses to any questions or concerns I have had throughout this process have been remarkable. I’ve felt nothing but support and kindness from him. I would recommend Chad to anyone going through a restoration project.

Servpro did an excellent job on a very difficult construction/restoration project for our home. They were able to return our home to its original appearance and we are very grateful. Construction managers Chad Landretti and Dan Torres Junior were especially helpful in this process. They were always available to answer questions and their communication skills were excellent.

I had some damage done to my roof when we had that bad storm back in August. I called Servpro and they had a water mitigation team come in quickly to take care of the leak the was caused by a branch falling on my roof.

Then Servpro brought another team out to remove the branch from my roof and clean up the debris.

Once all of that was taken care of, the reconstruction team came in to fix roof, ceiling drywall, insulation, and painting. They all did such a good job and Chad, my project manager, was very good with communication, giving updates and answering all of my questions.

A derecho punched a tree through our roof on 7/31/24. Soon after we filed our insurance claim, Chad Lanretti from ServPro contacted us. He patiently walked us through the process, deconstruction, mitigation, reconstruction, including drywalling, insulation replacement, painting, roofing, and gutter replacement. He monitored the work of each crew, kept us informed, and answered all our questions. He was invaluable, keeping our concerns and anxiety at bay.
No easy feat in this day and age! A 5-star experience because of professionalism and conscientiousness!

ServPro saved my SO much headache. I had an airbnb guest smoke in my home and then spray perfume all over my house to cover it up. Chance, Jesse, Malcolm, steffen and Jasmine made my place so clean and rid the entire home of smell in a few days. Andre and Rylee came to my home towards evening and took care of my water problem. They were very professional and polite. I would use them anytime.

Our basement flooded earlier in the summer when we got 6 inches of rain in one night. We hired a local company to remediate the flood and repair the damage. Their remediation did not find all the mold and they never returned to repair/paint the drywall or replace the carpet padding and re-stretch the carpet. Fed up, I called ServPro. I really wish we had contacted them first. Chad Marchese came out, evaluated the situation, got his people in their to clean out the mold and make repairs. He kept us informed the entire time. The work his team did was efficient and was of high quality. I am extremely happy with the result and would recommend Chad and his team to anyone needing this type of service.

The ServPro team of Jesse Edwards, Chase and Jasmine did a great job. They were helpful, courteous, professional and did a superb job.

TLDR: DO NOT USE SERVPro, they will gouge you on price. Take a second and call local contractors who will do a better job for a better rate.

My home was damaged during the flash flood at the end of May, while ServPro was responsive and out to my home before noon, the quality of work and communication regarding price was terrible. At no point was price communicated prior to their work, "we handle everything with insurance". This was stated multiple times when I asked for upfront costs. Upon completion of damage deconstruction I was given a $10,000 bill that was marked OVERDUE the day it was sent to me. After asking for an itemized bill I was given a list of services rendered, without costs. I still went through the list and found extra tasks added on that ultimately didn't need completed. For instance I was billed for water extraction (almost all water had receded through the floor drain), carpet cleaning, and carpet removal. The carpet was still wet after water had receded and was contaminated with Class III sewage water, the lead technician stated that all porous material was considered non-salvageable. I then brought up the fact that if it was non-salvageable why had time and resources been spent trying to clean the carpet. I was also billed for the walls being cleaned however I still had decorations on the wall that were not harmed. This means that either they sprayed the walls with my decorations damaging them or had not sprayed the full walls but were billing me for it. The was also still dirt and debris in alluvial patterns in my basement from where the water receded meaning they had not cleaned those areas at all.

After expressing my concerns I was able to have the bill slightly reduced but still had to ask for it itemized. I was also told the carpet had to be cleaned to ensure no other areas were contaminated during removal. The distance it would have been taken through non-contaminated areas was 15 feet. I would have GLADLY paid for the best tarps money could buy to seal this area to protect it from contamination rather than the $3200 and three days to "clean" it. I ultimately had to go over the work they did myself with disinfectant again now out a week of time and roughly $8000

SERVPro's model is seemingly built upon taking advantage of panicked clients whose homes are in a state of disaster and not thinking clearly. They then do mediocre work at drastically inflated prices in hopes that you will never ask to see itemized receipts and can charge your insurance what ever they want with zero questions asked.

To compare their services with competitors, Lowe' charges $200 a room to pull up ruined carpet, drywall, and trim. Disinfectant sprayers are incredibly affordable and can be done yourself or hired out to a local handy man for a much more reasonable fee. Regarding reconstruction SERVPro quoted me roughly $16,000 to get my home "like it never even happened". Don't do this. By calling local contractors I was able to re-fit my basement for less than half of what SERVPro quoted as the "going rate".

Our basement flooded due to a pipe freezing upstairs. Can’t speak highly enough about our experience working with Tanner. ServPro was quick to come in and get mold prevention measures put into place. We used Tanner and his team for the rebuild process as well and would highly recommend. They did great work and were very easy to work with!

The team that came to my house were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. They were very thorough when checking my kitchen and bathroom for any water damage. They came and checked everyday to make sure that things were drying correctly. They also worked with me to set up a payment plan. Definitely an honest company. Would recommend!

My company came in to the office to find the recent repair of the HVAC unit didn't go so well and one of our offices was flooded. We called ServPro and they were here within an hour, explained every step of the process. Very professional. What we really appreciated, was they gave us the option for them to come check on things or have them tell us what we needed to do, since there wasn't any damage. I’m in the Kearney/North Platte area. My sewer backed up while I was gone over the weekend. In all honesty i called yellow van first, however they wanted a $500deposit and couldn’t come out until the next day, so I called Servpro after my brother(a fire fighter) recommended them and they were there within an hour. Almost as if they dropped everything to ensure I was taken care of right away. They staff was extremely friendly and worked so hard! They were efficient and seemed to work very well together. It only took them 3 visits to completely irradicate the damaged area, clean and sanitize. I have been recommending this company to everyone that was asking me why I had a roll off dumpster in my driveway. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received in such a “crappy” situation. Servpro will always be my #1 call if I shall ever need them in the future!!

Had a toilet issue that ended up flooding our upstairs bathroom floor, linen closet floor & water streamed through to our kitchen ceiling. ServPro responded the next day by bringing dehumidifiers & equipment to dry the rooms out & pulled out the wet parts of flooring, carpeting, drywall & area around kitchen window that got wet. They were very responsive.

These guys will give you the run around and mostly not be very helpful. The drywaller they had do the basement did such a meh job. Didn’t take out part of the wall like they should’ve. The white didn’t remotely match up. Left a bunch of trash. Now it’s time for flooring and such and we just never hear back from them. They also ran over a light decoration, half cleaned it up, and we haven’t seen them since. It’s always “oh yeah we can have that done it a week” then silence. For a flood that happened 8 months ago they’ve got drywall up and that’s it.

We just bought a new home and needed the carpets cleaned throughout before we could move in. I gave them a call because I’ve heard so many good things about them, and they didn’t disappoint! I was able to schedule them far sooner than I expected, they were super helpful on site, They did the job faster than I expected, and we were able to move in on time! Most importantly, my wife is happy :-)

I recently had a pipe burst in my basement. My insurance referred ServPro of Sarpy County. They did a fantastic job!!! They did a through evaluation of my damage & took the necessary steps to clean it up as quickly as possible.

I hope I never have to use them again, but really glad I got this time!!!

The ServPro team came quickly the night we had our sewer backup. They got scrubbers in place and started the clean up. The team had so many other jobs going at the same time as ours, we were promised they would be back and they didn't come. The leader of the team was good at making excuses and not following through. When they finally finished the job, however, it was done well. The crew who was contracted to pack our belongings was not careful and damaged many of our personal items. The patience of the office staff in getting reimbursement from the City of Omaha has been outstanding. We appreciate the way they helped to get payment.

My husband and I had a water loss in our basement and we used Servpro for their services as we always choose them, and they did not disappoint. From the initial inspection, to having the work done & dealing with the paperwork side everything went so smoothly. The office girls are always the sweetest and are efficient at answering any questions We had regarding this. I will never choose anywhere else!

We called SERVPRO when we had a bathtub leak through the basement ceiling. They were prompt about getting us into their schedule. The two workers came out, installed dehumidifiers, demo'd the drywall that was ruined, and kept us informed every step of the way.
