I had a small leak in the middle of my living room and asked a trusted friend in the HVAC business if he had someone he recommended to get it fixed. He said call Craig Hill at C & S Roofing who they had done jobs with - highly recommended him. Craig’s guys came out and diagnosed my problem and quickly fixed it. They noted that there was larger damage from a hail storm the year before and showed me the extensively damaged shingles - they recommended making an insurance claim as it was only a matter of time until more leaks showed up. Craig helped me through the process and showed up to walk the roof with the Allstate inspectors when they came to have a look, ensuring they didn’t miss the extent of the damage. He then worked through the entire process to ensure it was approved to include all the code specifications required for a new roof here in Omaha - about $10000 more than the insurance company originally wanted to pay. It all got approved, and Craig’s team was up on the roof working as soon as we had good weather. They worked quickly and diligently and cleaned up all the scraps and metal. The follow on team that did the gutters was equally good. We had a couple of small holes in a vaulted ceiling that resulted from the pressure of the nail guns - mentioned it to Craig and he came out and fixed them himself. The insurance paid in 3 blocks over a period of probably 2 months - Craig was totally patient about the process, never asking for payment until the insurance finally ponied up. I didn’t pay a penny more than my deductible.

Overall, C&S did a great job and were a great partner when working with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through repairing roof damage.

C&S Roofing came highly recommended by friends for whom Craig had gone above and beyond. They replaced our roof four years ago and we did not hesitate to call them again this year when we had hail damage. They communicate well, show up when they say they will, and do a great job (including clean up). Hopefully we won’t need another new roof anytime soon, but if we do, we know who to call.

Estimator came out spent an hour measuring and talking up his vast experience and told me he would have a bid within a day or two and never heard from him again. Shame is it was about a 20k job also and we are well insured, our agent was even shocked.

When the hail storm came through this spring, I called C&S Roofing to have some one come and check my roof for damage. I left a message and got a return call within minutes. Mark Bunyan contacted me and I had an appointment set for the next day.

Mark called about an hour before the appointment to make sure it was still convenient for me to meet with him. He showed up a few minutes early in an impressively clean and organized truck. The wrap on the truck was simple but caught your eye as soon as you saw it.

After speaking to me, Mark climbed up on the roof and was up there for about 30 minutes. I then saw him walk around my entire house and then came back to talk to me. Curiously I asked him why he walked around the house and he told me he wanted to be sure the siding, deck, windows, and hvac system were not damaged in the storm. I never thought to check myself.

While Mark was thorough in his inspection, he did not find any damage to my home. He did leave me comfortable knowing he had check everything and do so meticulously.

C&S Roofing and Mark Bunyan will be the only phone call I make if I have any damage to my home.

The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with our adjuster to ensure that all issues related to the storm damage was addressed and accounted for with the insurance adjuster. C&S Roofing should be everyone's first call for storm damage and roof repair.
I called them late at night after a storm, and Nate Wegner came out the next day to inspect my roof. He called me after the inspection(I wasn't there) and informed me I should make a claim with my insurance due to hail. Nate also met with my insurance inspector to make sure they were seeing what he saw. When my insurance sent the original claim to me for what they were going to pay, they left a whole bunch of items out that were damaged due to the storm. Nate worked hard and sent numerous emails and made multiple calls until the insurance company finally agreed that those items needed to be replaced or fixed correctly. Nate has been awesome to work with and so has the entire staff at C&S. This isn't your typical fly by night roofing company, they show up and make sure your property is back to the way it was or better before the storm happened.

After we had significant hail damage, we hired C & S Roofing to replace the roof, gutters and they also quoted us to paint our house as well. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and love our new house color! They completed our roof and gutters in a day!

We contacted C&S Roofing after a high wind storm in December. They were quick to come out and access the damaged. Craig was helpful in working with our insurance and quick to answer any questions we had. Our roof was replaced in a timely manner and done well! We are very happy with our new roof!

After a hail storm late last summer, I ask Scott Swing of C & S Roofing, to look at my roof for damage. The result was that I filed a claim with the insurance company and selected Scott to be the General Contractor for restoration of the damage. When the insurance company adjuster had done his inspection and we settled the scope of work with Scott, he took care of the details of the restoration and installation of toppers on the gutters as an upgraded improvement. From start to finish, I was never concerned about permits, deliveries, inspections, finishing and cleanup. Scott also advised me in contacts with the insurance company until the final payment as stated in the policy. The C & S invoice was paid except for the Deductible and the agreed value of the gutter toppers upgrade.

We highly recommend this roofing company for the quality work on our roof replacement and gutter work. We used C&S to replace our roof and repair some interior damage caused by the major storm in July 2021. We wanted to use a larger company such as C&S, so that we would not have to deal with multiple contractors. C&S was the general contractor for any work not performed directly by their own crews (the interior work). Our project manager was Scott. We had a good overall experience, and would definitely use C&S again. We did have one issue with one of the subcontractors who had not been explained or did not understand the scope of his aspect of the project. When I contacted Scott, he handled the issues immediately. This was not overly concerning to us, as there are always at least some issues when dealing with construction. We appreciated that the issue was handled immediately and Scott ensured we were fully satisfied with all work completed. We highly recommend C&S for roofing and general contracting work.
