Run from this place. I’ve never had a more frustrating experience in my life. I’ve been calling every single day for two weeks just trying to get my tag paperwork — and still, almost a month later, nothing.

No one answers the phone in the office. When I finally get through, I’m given the runaround or flat-out lies. “We were trying to call you” — really? Because my phone never rang. No missed calls. No voicemails. Just excuses.

I truly regret buying a car from Mississippi. If I had known I’d be dealing with this kind of incompetence and dishonesty, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Avoid this place at all costs.

I’m being polite giving this place of business TWO STARS. This place is a complete disaster and the employees are unfair, dishonest, disrespectful, incompetent, and all the above! How do you go into place to buy a vehicle, get approved from MULTIPLE LENDERS and get denied because I’m NO LONGER APPROVED? All because a white girl wanted to try and purchase the same truck. On top of that I was informed by the salesman that the financing guy was on all type of drugs. That I could put down a THIRD CO-Signer (which is fraudulent and unheard of). I could trade in my vehicle that I came in and all the above but I just couldn’t buy that the truck I wanted even though I was pretty much done with the paperwork. Plus they were still running my credit hours after I left the dealership over SIX different times. Why? Not one to pull anything out of the normal into something but from the moment I walked through the door I was judged and my family was judged. This is a bad place of business that will play in your face, make you feel like a joke, and for what to say oh well your money can’t buy anything but a peace of junk on our lot. All in all in the end you lost money and business.

If you take your vehicle here for service, make sure you check their work afterwards. Tire changes, oil changes, parts replacements etc! They didn't install my mother's dipstick in her car after an oil-change and the motor is ruin. They told her that they did put the dip stick in and that dipstick are known for sometimes coming loose and falling out the motor.

I have never in my 45 years of living ever heard of a dip stick coming out the motor with a closed hood. Mind you most dipsticks have to reach from the top on the motor to the oil pan. The dealership, nor the person they said did the oil change wants to accept responsibility. My mom is a senior, she put a lot of trust in this dealership over the past years in the up keep of her vehicle just for them not to replace a simple dipstick, and not take full responsibility for the damage caused by not replacing it.

Do your business elsewhere if you value your vehicle.
But had the audacity to ask her is she wanted to purchase another vehicle from them.

Our family and friends will not buy another vehicle from the place. We will never by a chevy again.

Service department need better people working there that actually know what they doing!! How this a dealership but never have the right stuff to fix ur ride then instead of them letting u know whats going on wit ur vehicle after so long of them having it u have to call an call because they never answer an when they finally answer u basically get no good info!!

To personally call me and leave a voicemail about being an “elite member” I call back and tell the guy Tony what I’m looking for and that I was in class at the time and would call later. I called back later gave my information and told him if approved again what vehicle I wanted. He calls back says I’ve been working I say okay I state what vehicle I wanted. He says well you not approved yet if I can’t get you in that vehicle anything else. I said no my only interest is that particular vehicle. He said with the nastiest attitude well you not approved for that that’s gone need a co-signer and larger down payment. One I know my credit wasn’t ran yet 2 I actually had a cosigner with 10,000 down I had to spend. Miss business being arrogant and nasty. If you would have asked the right questions instead of automatically assuming probably could of had a sell

So let me say this, my first impression when I walked in was man they need a new building this looks sketchy. But don't let looks decieve you. (later I found out they are working on getting a new building.) My sales person was Derika Lanclos, who does their internet sales and who I had set up a deal to come buy a truck. So I test drove it and It ran good. The windows had a couple of cracks and the sales manager insured me they were on back order and I would be contacted to get them replaced. We worked out a deal that was a little high on my note but I could live with. So heres the good part. There was some things that were a little out of wack with the paperwork so the bank lowered my maxium allowable note. Now this is after I already drove home to Louisiana in the truck. So instead of trying to work a new deal or telling me to bring the truck back they went out of there way and lowered the price of the truck which lowered my note by $120.00 a month! Then Derika drove an hour on a weekend to bring me the new paperwork. I want to honestly say that these people are honest and work had to do the customers right! I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle!

After looking at the inventory on line I made the decision to inquire online about an in transit vehicle. A return call was quickly made to me by Josh and he was able to answer my many questions and concerns. Needless to say I am now the owner of a beautiful redesigned 2024 Chevy Traverse!!!! The sales manager is a total jerk. He is rude and unprofessional. My salesman was great and I did buy the truck. He delivered it and it was still nasty. They didn't detail my vehicle or anything. The tire light was on when delivered and I took it back to the dealership and they stated the 18' Tahoe needed three tire sensors and I was responsible.. How in the hell am I responsible and it was just delivered? Sales manager was rude and just walked away! He seemed irritated that I asked. I would never buy for this dealership.

These guys won't even put a price on the car they just come up with a number when they think you're interested I originally told him I didn't have a trade-in and got one price but then when I came back and said I like to trade this vehicle and all the sudden the price of the vehicle I was looking at it going up by about $4,000

Run Forrest ‍♂️ ‍♀️ ‍♂️. The entire sales group is not for you. They are misleading and they refuse their job in getting my vehicle checklist approve without me having to pay for it.They won't even tell me where they got the 2020 dodge journey from that we purchased. Long story short, they are a sketchy business. they told me they did an inspection of the vehicle, yet cannot provide a hard copy of the inspection. They are out just in make a sale. All I can say is RUN FORREST RUN ‍♂️

The little lightskin girl at the service desk is so rude. She yelled at my mother about something she can’t control (a stuttering problem) & literally got in a full blown argument with her. She’s so rude and doesn’t take her time with elderly customers, she has no patience. She’s so unprofessional and I wish there was someone that could handle this problem.

I recently purchased from this place back in May 2023. The process was smooth and didn’t take long because I got pre approved through my bank first. James had good customer service , however by the time I drove 2 hours home in my 2022 vehicle the engine light came on. I notified the salesperson , went to an auto zone to read the code he then stated he would send a gas cap to see if that fix the issue. I never received it after being told it shipped out without a tracking number, I called back to speak with manager after a month and I never received a call back or spoke with him. It is now September, I have been trying to reach out about this issue since the first week of purchasing and got nothing. After purchasing with these people they don’t want to have nothing to do with you, stay away!

2012 Chevy Cruz, $1,499 and some odd cents worth of work, almost 3 weeks in the shop finally pick up my car and it's doing exactly what it was doing when I dropped it off. I needed my car to be dependable bc I go to school in Vicksburg twice a week. Plus as I'm just making it back to Natchez my oil cap blows off and oil is everywhere on my motor and hood. Also money was stolen from my console only 5 or so dollars but still..I have no words as to how disappointed and upset I am at this situation.. I have never left a review good or bad, but I felt after this much money and time this would be my first...Shame on you Natchez Chevy..

James Broussard is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I am in Texas and was looking for a brand new 2023 ZL1 and reached out to him and he did everything in his power to give me all the information, work with me on pricing, and then work to deliver the car to me from MS. He is the most attentive dealer ever and a genuine person. I will definitely go back to him if I am ever in the market for another car again. An absolute pleasure working with this man.

My Mother just left there today with the same issue she had when she originally brought her car in. She had an oil leak in which they told her they would keep her car overnight and it ended up taking over a week. She paid them over 1000 dollars and yet a few days later had the same issue. She just left there telling them she had the same issue and here they are telling her it’s not the same problem and it’s going to be another 2000 dollars to fix it. ARE YOU SERIOUS you guys are a bunch of scammers and that is ridiculous!! She is on a fixed income and you should be ashamed of not standing behind your work!! You charged her another 150 dollars today after you ran another diagnostic and did NOT inform her before it was done all to say that. It’s leaking from the exact place you claim you fixed a month ago. This is not a place you would want to take your business and money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Mechanic PAYTON is a joke and absolutely CLUELESS!!

Bought a car back in August. Brand new 2023. Drove from Texas to Mississippi and picked it up in September. Told them not to wash it. They didn't wash it......and didn't do much of anything else either. Didn't install my front splitter guard. Didn't install my rear axel covers. Didn't even give me my factory floor mats!! I had to buy some!! Said they didn't put gas in it because of the type of vehicle it was because all they had was regular. Didn't offer to pay for a tank of gas down the street.
Now it's November and I've been getting the run-around with my plates and registration. Had to pay for my own temporary plates, which are now expired. Didn't offer reimbursement for that. They sent paperwork to a third party title agency. Agency has the wrong address. Agency sent it to another third party agency. Now they're telling me another 4-8 weeks. Unacceptable. Title clerk is useless. Looks like I will have to take legal action to get a sticker and 2 pieces of metal. This place should be ashamed. Paid top dollar to get the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! This place is an absolute DUMPSTER FIRE of a dealership!

OMG when I tell you Tony Credit and Ms. Angie are the absolute best. Their customer service can’t be beat. They made my experience the best I have ever had at a dealership. I called Natchez Chevrolet and spoke with miss Derika about 2019 GMC Duramax that said the color was White Frost Tri-coat hoping it was really Summit White, she said no its not White, but White Frost Tri-coat is a pretty color and close to white. I told her I would research the color and get back to her. The next day Derika called and asked how was my search going and reassured me White Frost looked awesome on this big Duramax and said if I saw it, I would love it and then sent me a walk around video of the truck and said if you want it you gotta move fast, this truck with low miles won't last long on the lot. She was right the color and the Duramax with 35 Maxxis MT's looked awesome, my son and I met her that same day and bought it. Heck after just looking at it I said lets go in and do this, Derika said don't you want to drive it first? I said, oh yea right. Its one of the best things that's ever came my way and I've told many people it's because Derika and that video that I'm driving my newer Duramax.

I called the dealership in May to order a 2023 corvette z06. They told me it would be 5 to 10k over msrp which wasn't bad at all. I put my order in and they called me a few weeks ago stating my order is being built. I ask them how when the z06 is not even being built yet and they had the wrong order in for a c8. Then they tried to charge me 20k over msrp for a c8 that wasn't even my order. Worst dealership I ever been to and never will I ever go back.

Purchased a 2020 GMC 2500HD back in January. Little did I know they sold it to me with a lost title. It’s June 30th and I’ve yet to receive a license plane or registration. They finally got it all in order. That alone was a mess. They showed me one of the cleanest car faxes I’ve ever seen on a vehicle. Started having major issues after the purchase and come to find out by a local certified GMC and Chevrolet Machanic shop, the vehicle had been wrecked and has had major work performed on the vehicle (new transmission). In my opinion I feel like the issue with the title situation should have been handled correctly before they attempted to sell the vehicle to any person. Same with presenting and clean car fax when really it wasn’t clean. Not saying that this is a bad dealership to work with but my overall experience hasn’t been all that great. It’s been a roller coaster ride for almost 6 months on just getting paperwork for this truck. Not counting the money Thats been invested in repairs on a truck that’s only a year old that I was told and shown it had nothing but good service records.

See several reviews on here about people getting all their information done and setting up a time and date to pick up said vehicle just to drive 2+ hours and find out it was sold. Owner keeps commenting saying it was the old staff and things have changed but im here to tell you that is not the case. I spent all day (3/30) on the phone with this dealership and my bank and had the sales contract ready to go. They knew I was going to my bank the following morning to sign paperwork and headed their way at 10 am. The sells rep even called me a few minutes before they closed to confirm that everything was ready to go and he would have the car filled up and cleaned before we got there the next morning. Well as im signing the papers at the bank he calls me to tell me the car was sold the afternoon prior and he had no idea. (HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW A CAR YOU ARE SELLING IS SOLD?) Anyways, I understand things happen and he told me he would make things right and get me a better deal and make sure I leave happy so I decided let's give them another chance because mistakes happen. Joke was on me though because he never bother to contact me back.
I honestly hate leaving a bad review and I will not give the sale reps names because he was very polite but this business needs to work on their communication within themselves and with the customers or there will be a new owner making the "we got new staff" comment in another 6 months. I do not recommend business with them especially if you are from a far distance.

I'm over 60 years old, have lived in 5 different states, and yes purchased many vehicles. I must honestly review that this dealership was the easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Huge thanks to my salesman James for being knowledgeable and he used zero pressure for the sale. Also, David was thorough explaining the financing in easy to understand terminology. The best part was I in and out in a couple hours, which made me feel as though I was all that mattered to them, yet there were other customers there.

I returned to this dealership and purchased another vehicle. I was grateful that James Coleman was there and was able to assist me and we made the sale! I regularly pass this dealership and each time look, wave and smile. So easy to do businesshere.
I've utilized the service department and have had no problems or long wait times.
