Highly recommend. Easy to schedule and showed up as promised. Quickly identified several areas that were easier fixes (exposed nail heads, etc.) that were contributing to some leaks and made repairs same-day. Gave a lot of information and a quote regarding a potentially larger repair so I could begin thinking and preparing financially towards that if it ends up being needed. Until then we'll see if what was done today is a solution before going down the more involved repair. Honest for sure!

Love this company! Rob came out and used a drone for my 2 story house. He communicated with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered. The crew came out to replace my roof and did it in one day. They stayed late to ensure it was finished since we had a chance of rain the next day. The crew was very friendly and hard working. They had excellent communications and let me know what was going on every step of the way. They did a wonderful job cleaning up.

Nashville roofing company came to me on a referral from a friend, after I had been working with another company that had poor communication as well as lack of interest in securing a leak prior to the last snowfall a month ago with that company.
Rob showed up on time, as scheduled to introduce the employees, who were outstanding. The very price quoted, including adding ridge vents and repairing promptly what started the water damage to the inside was very reasonable.

Trey and the team at Nashville Roofing Company did a great job removing THREE layers of siding from my home and installing brand new Hardie Board as well as new gutters. They worked with me and my budget. I am really impressed with the craftsmanship of the crew. Everything looks so solid and put together. Should hold up for years and years to come!

We had several shingles ripped off of our roof causing a small leak after some strong storms/tornados came through our area. Our insurance company was supposed to send someone to tarp it, but that company never showed on the day they were supposed to come. With more rain coming within 24-48 hours, we were scrambling. Trey was able to get someone to us and had 3 spots (2 of which we didn’t even know about) tarped within 12 hours of contacting NRC. He also provided the info on how to have our insurance cover the charge. Highly recommend this company!

I replaced a shingle roof on my house about 3 years ago. They came up, gave me a quick quote and everything it would cover, and it was a very competitive quote. So I accepted, and we set up a date for the installation. They came on the day they said they would early in the morning, and did a fantastic job. Finished installing the new roof on the same day. 3 years later and it’s a great roof! I highly recommend these guys.

Best roofing company in Nashville. I have rental properties in Nashville and have struggled finding good contractors and am let down 90% of the time. They showed up on time, were done in a day and a half, stuck to the estimate, and spent time AFTER I paid them to fight my insurance company for me. I went from a 10% of total cost payout to almost 80%!

I would use this company again! They were prompt, quickly identified the issue, and instead of suggesting we use their services to repair were kind & honest enough to inform us that we would likely be able to get it fixed for free due to our warranty policy.

Very responsive company. They came out the day we called for a quote to replace some old skylights. The workers arrived early during the install days and were great at keeping us updated during the process. This was my best experience with any roofing company, ever, and they will be the first company I call when I need anymore roof work done.

We had a EPDM rubber roof installed on our low slope patio structure. They did an excellent job and completed it in about 8 hours. They cleaned up and leftover materials were picked up the following day on a follow-up quality inspection. Roofing companies have been very busy in Nashville after the tornado and storms we've had recently so we were very happy with Nashville Roofing Company's ability to get to our job. I recently had a roof replacement and worked with Nashville Roofing Co. and it was a very easy process. I filled out the online form and within 15 minutes, had received a call from Rob, and he came out the same day for a roof inspection. He helped explain the process of filing a claim and when the adjuster from my insurance company came out and did their inspection, Rob helped me work with them to get a few thousand dollars more than they originally offered!
They sent a crew out and got the job scheduled and finished in no time, and it looks really good.

Rob came out and gave me a quote the same day that I called. He was prompt, courteous and professional. The best thing is that he was able to get insurance to cover the cost of my roof when I did not think it was possible. He met the adjuster and handled all of the busy work with the insurance company. The old roofing was removed, decking replaced, and new roof installed in a couple days. They also did a great job cleaning up. These guys are the best.

I'm still repairing faulty work by this company. They refuse to honor their work and after two years I am still finding faulty work and repairing leaks myself. This time I was replacing (what I thought was) a broken range hood fan. The duck work was loose from the faulty work NRC did trying to install a new roof vent. I pulled off the duct and it was full of debris left by the roof vent installation. Roofing felt, plywood scraps and bits of shingle were clogging the vent. No wonder the fan wasn't working. This company is the worst in Nashville. If you are happy with their work you don't know what you are talking about.

Wonderful experience from day one when they arrived to begin replacement of a roof on a rental house that I own. They arrived at 7 am on the dot. They didn't begin work until they made sure that if they parked their truck in the driveway they wouldn't be blocking anyone needing to leave for work. The roof is great and I'm beyond impressed at the way they left the property--spotless. I even saw one worker go half-way into a large bush in the front yard to remove a very small piece of old shingle. Very competitive price, too. Highly recommend!

Tyson and his team from Nashvile Roofing Co did an awesome job on my roof. Tyson originally came out to inspect the condition of my roof when I was in the process of selling my home, and he found hail damage. He came out an additional time to meet with my insurance adjuster and show him where the damage was for my claim. My insurance adjuster made a point to tell me that he meets a lot of roofers in his work, and you get to the place where you can tell which ones are honest and know what they're doing and which ones are just trying to make money- he said that he could tell Tyson was one of the good ones. They got my roof done promptly, left everything neat and tidy, and the roof looks great!! I would definitely recommend them, and will use them in the future, if need be.

Working with Nashville Roofing Company was the best home repair experience I have ever had. They were so friendly and responsive. They inspected my roof the same day I called, and scheduled the repair at my earliest convenience. My insurance adjuster missed a whole section of roof in his inspection, and they worked directly with him to get his estimate corrected.

Because of hail damage I got several estimates. Nashville Roofing had the most competitive quote. I'm usually suspect for taking the lowest bid for fear of inferior workmanship. After meeting with the with them to discuss the bid, I was put at ease. In less than a week the shingles were delivered and within a few days the roofers were stripping and installing the new roof. The workers were very polite and met any request I had. The roof looks great and I've had NO issues. I did have an eve light that got taken out during the removal process, but they showed up after the work was done and installed a new one without any questions or reservations. They also handled all of the insurance which is worth a lot in my book! I highly recommend Nashville Roofing Co.

All the guys at Nashville Roofing are great. They worked with our insurance and were able to get us a new, upgraded roof after a hailstorm. The tear-off and install took less than 24 hours. They started on Friday afteroon. Horribly, a storm hit Friday night and the wind and rain caused some damage to the exposed roof. But by 6:00 they had inspected and set into motion a plan to take care of it. They made everything right. Class act!
