A few weeks ago I had a leak in my kitchen drain pipe. The plumber cut a hole in my wall AND floor to replace the pipe, but didn't replace the floor or walling.

Tyson at Narrows Home Solutions called ahead of our appointment to ask if it was okay if he came out a few minutes earlier (which is always appreciated). After he arrived, he assessed the situation and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. AND DID IT. Tyson has it looking as good as new.

I was satisfied with the repair, and his communication and professionalism were refreshing, but his clean-up took the cake. He swept, wiped, and vacuumed everything from the repair. I honestly couldn't be more satisfied. I would recommend them for everything home related.

Tyson was very professional, responsive and friendly. He worked without being noisy, cleaned up and disposed of any debris coming out on the gutters I would recommend him.
