Great people here! These guys are the best. Had an alternator for my 96 Jeep in stock. Changed it in the front parking lot as I didn't know if I would make it home.

The counter guy who helped me had it waiting at the counter when I arrived. Hooked me up so I could get it done quickly.

He really deserves a raise, no matter what you're paying him! Customer service extraordinaire!!!

Great customer service on the phone and in store.
If they don't have what you need in stock, they will order it and it comes as promised. It's an Island, so you have to go with the flow.

The only place on the island that had the part I needed. Service was very fast even with a moderate amount of customers in line. Keep up the great service. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for parts in stock.

Main NAPA parts store on STX, carries alot of regular items, at a reasonable price, but sometimes the odd ball parts need to be ordered, you need to price compare before purchasing auto parts from this store.
Last car repair I needed parts, quoted $1700 from NAPA vs $800 from Rock Auto.
$100 for wiper blades vs $22 from ebay..
