After having to deal with an unfortunate flat tire on my rental car, I have NAPA a call and had the pleasure of talking to Nick who told me to bring the car by and he'd help me fix it. Not only did he show me the parts to buy, he went out of his way to take the tire off my car and repair it himself. He was extremely kind and generous. Nick is seriously an amazing person who knows his stuff. Absolutely recommend the place for anyone needing guidance with car issues. Thank you again Nick!

Nick was incredibly helpful! We were in a major pinch in a winter storm with a flat tire and he helped us get a patch kit and put it in the tire so we could get on our way. So down to earth and willing to stick his neck out for someone in need. Would drive from Utah to this NAPA location to see Nick again.

Best customer service around! For example, we can send our teenage driver in for new windshield wipers and know they will be helped and treated kindly.

We were visiting Yellowstone and needed a small part for our camper. We thought we would need to order it in and just live with a broken camper. We stopped by this store on a lark, and they had exactly what we needed. It was a touch pricey compared to home, but it was worth it to have our camper working correctly instead of waiting to get back home to fix it.

During a recent trip to Yellowstone, my vehicle got an issue suddenly and couldn't work normally. We were very worried and not sure whether it can be quickly fixed. Nick checked our vehicle and quickly contacted the technician Rick who almost immediately identified the reason. Thanks to God, the parts we needed is available and the issue was fixed within a couple of hours. We were so happy that we could still leave on the same day, even though with a few hours delay. Many thanks to Nick and Rick for your wonderful customer service and auto repair skills.

Want to give a shout out for Nick for his great customer service! We're on a vacation far from home and had a headlights out. Nick was able to change the headlights even though it was very difficult to get to. We also noticed our engine making a weird sound and Nick helped us figure out that we burnt an extreme amount of oil on our long trip. It turned out to be an easy fix and save us a lot of money down the road. Nick went above and beyond! Thanks so much!

Great store and wonderful Staff. We had a headlight go out on our Chevy Colorado. My husband was unable to reach the light to change the bulb. The man working (sorry not to get his name) came out, and spent quite a bit of time helping my husband get it fixed. Great customer service!

They deliver to canyon, old faithful and Mammoth. Working in Yellowstone and needing engine parts they definitely came in clutch. Definitely pricey but when you're in a pinch...

Needed new brakes and rotors. They supplied what we needed to replace. We did the work right on the side of the road!!

I'm so fortunate that Napa has a location in this town. The last three times I've gone in there they have been more than helpful and gotten me everything I needed. They have ordered parts with me multiple times just in case and then sent it back because I did not need it for no charge. Customer service was 10/10 and all of the employees of this location are knowledgeable and willing to help.

The guys at Napa were great. They let me use their OBD2 tester. I realized I had a bad ignition coil. Unfortunately they didn't have one and weren't going to have one for a week. I needed to get my car fixed to get back in and navigate my way around Yellowstone somewhere and then head home but I ended up going to O'Reilly's about 87 mi away and coming back to Yellowstone and finished my adventure and then I went home. Found ourselves with a dead alternator, and the guys at the shop were so helpful. They overnighted one in from Bozeman for us. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. An exceptionally staffed store.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My toddler had just fallen asleep, and they were kind enough to send someone out to watch her while I ran in for one item.

I ordered parts here for my rv and they said they would call me the next day when they arrived. I called at least 6x since I am 40 mins away and didn’t want to drive there if the parts weren’t there. No one ever answered the phone on Fri between 9-10:30 am. When I got to the store I asked the guy at the counter what their number is just to confirm that I was dialing the right number. When I asked the guy why he never answered the phone he said he’s been busy all morning! Really??? Cmon. Never had an auto parts store not answer the phone for 1.5 hrs after 6 calls.

Best experience ever. The manager, who was working alone, went out of his way to take care of us. We arrived shortly before closing with a bad battery. He came out and tested it for us and then when we learned that the battery was bad, he loaned us the tools to swap it out and he made sure to give us our AAA discount. Also helped take care of a burned out headlight. He went above and beyond (even after he closed) to make sure we were taken care of and got back on the road.

This NAPA is very well placed right next to the park and has great service. Trent helped us find a charger for our battery pack and made us feel very welcome. Great job NAPA!

I needed a battery charger immediately. They have a good selection of chargers for all needs. I bought the one that suited my needs. It worked out great!

Great experience at Napa Auto Parts in west Yellowstone! Trent, the manger, was super helpful getting the parts that I needed and was very personable. The store is well organized so when I went back for another item I had no trouble finding it. Thank you Trent and thank you Napa!

Being the only parts store in West, this NAPA takes their job seriously. Whether it be maintaining a good stock or customer service, all employees appear to genuinely enjoy their job. The one employee who stands out is Trent - he goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable.

Great service. Thank God y'all were right there in West Yellowstone, Montana and we were able to buy a new battery for our car or we may still be stranded. The only 2 problems we had were the cost and no one there would put it in. What if I'd been by myself. My husband knows how to put a battery in, but I would have not have known.what in the world would I have done?

Unfortunate brake pad issue led me to this fine business while on vacation. They provided me a number to contact Mike, a mobile repairman. Within 3 hours we were back on the road with new front pads and continuing our adventure!!! Awesome staff!!!

Couldn't find what I was looking for but one of the staff found it still in a box. My only issue is this is the 1st parts house I've ever seen that closes for lunch and guess what time I showed up.

These guys were really helpful to find and get the fuel pump I needed for my F250 diesel. They even drove out to St. Anthony to get it from another store so my family could continue our road trip. A shout out to Fred for his exceptional and caring customer service! NAPA is always good, but this store is the best!!

I had an 'check AWD system' warning light when I drove in Yellowstone, and I planned to buy an OBDII meter to check the code. The gentleman just lent me one OBDII meter without charging anything. The code was deleted and never showed up again. Very helpful!

John was AWESOME! He is really knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. My alternator went out on our Yellowstone trip and he let me replace it in their lot. He was by himself and super busy but remained helpful to everyone. Thank you John!!

Visited store with handful of trailer axle parts. John and daughter Jill were able to help us with getting the correct parts and part numbers that I didn't have. They had the parts in stock and got us back on the road. Thank you,

We took a road trip from Chicago to Yellowstone, where my car's battery started failing on our way to the west entrance. I parked at a rest area and a towing truck was parked next to me; I asked the tow truck for recommendations on where to get my battery checked and he referred me to NAPA and said energetically "I'm sure they will help you". We arrived at NAPA and explained the issue, a nice gentleman named John came out of the counter, grabbed some testing machine and helped me determine if the problem was the battery or the alternator. It turned out to be the battery, so he quickly brought the replacement all the way out to my car and and kindly asked If I had tools. I didn't have the appropriate tools so he lend me his toolbox and went back inside. It was lunch time (the store closes from noon to 1pm for lunch), but John came out and said: "I take my lunch in here so just knock and I'll come help you when you are ready".

John needs a medal, he is helpful and truly cares for people's peace of mind.

The male staff save my family were stranded need parts for my Toyota borrowed me the scanner found out it was the #6 ignition coil order me the parts 2 days later we're up and running for a 1000 miles to home and safe good Lord and bless the staff of Napa Auto Parts.

The staff was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this auto parts store. They also installed a set of windshield wipers for me.
