I am from Louisiana and my truck broke down with no resources so they took advantage of that and bullied me into a truck 5 years older and 4,000 miles more on it. They refuse to hear that I have full coverage and warranty to fix or replace with an equal model

Called Notbohm because even though my trucks not a chevy they were who could get me in for an oil change. WoW was i happy with the service. They wiped out the inside and even cleaned the windows. How'd i not know about these guys sooner. They've got my business from here on out. Good job guys!! Customer service was very friendly as well.

The water pump failed on my pickup truck while pulling a trailer from CA and vacationing through MT. I was very fortunate to find this dealership and the service department. They did the needed repairs and found and fixed a couple of other issues, and now the truck runs beautifully. Since I had to stay in town overnight, the staff got me to a nearby campground for the night with full hook ups, so I could run the trailer’s AC as it was over 100° yesterday. Many, many thanks to Linzee and her mechanics and support people. Wonderful folks and I was lucky to find them in my hour of need. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Took our van for air conditioning compressor. It was making a terrible noise but still blowing cold air. When we picked up and started the van it was still making the same noise. We had to wait at least 40 minutes to talk to a young man (not sure of name) who said it was fine but he could get a different one put in but we had to make a decision in ten minutes. To say he was extremely rude is putting it mildly. We are from out of state and they refused to give us a loaner car, or deliver the vehicle to us. They told us the work is guaranteed at any Chevy dealership. The compressor is still loud and air is just slightly cold. Terrible dealership! If this is how you are treated at a Chevy dealership I will be sure to buy a Toyota vehicle next time. We were just floored at how rude they were.

Driving from our home in Missoula to family in Minneapolis our alternator on our Tundra decided to call it quits. I phoned ahead as it was Friday at 1pm, Linzee called me back and let me know they were ready for us and willing to help! After I spoke with her she ordered the part and had it waiting when we arrived. The crew worked on an unfamiliar vehicle and one point had three of them working together on it! We were back on the road that evening and made it to our family the next morning. We don’t have enough positive things to say about Linzee and the team at Notbohm Motors, they were amazing and vacation savers to be sure!

Love my new Bronco ,Kendall was very nice to work with he said that they would do everything they could to get me in a new vehicle and you guys came through for me it is greatly appreciated. Was it just luck? Duno - but our intercooler pipe blew up on the Silverado & it happened to NOT be on a weekend, & they happen to have the item in stock! Think we used up all our luck for the rest of the millennium

We had car troubles while on a trip, called them from North Dakota got in late that night, got us in first thing in the morning had us on the road by 2:00. Very helpful great experience

Stopped while we were traveling because we needed an oil change and they got us in immediately and we were back on our way in record time. I couldn't ask for better service.

Lindsay and Notbohm motors were excellent! We had some engine lights go on while towing our camper. We are from out of state. Lindsay got us in that day. We were able to drop our camper across the street and bring our dog into the waiting area. They solved our problem and we were back in the road in a few hours. No issues since. Highly recommend! I had originally requested info on a vehicle to replace my 15 year old car. The vehicle I looked into wouldn't work for me, but my amazing sales rep found another car for me that both worked out better for me and my needs. I chose Auto Advantage on the advice of a coworker, and I am so pleased I did. The whole process was painless, and when it comes time for another vehicle, I will definitely be back!

Thank You !!!! my daughter was traveling to Bozman from Bismarck and her check engine light came on in on a Subaru Cross Trek it was a little low on oil they topped off the oil and reset her check engine light and said have a Good trip and Charged her nothing all I can say is WOW you don't find dealership like this anymore I promise my next Chevrolet will be coming from Notbohm Motors !!!!!

Service provided by Travis for my first oil change & tire rotation was above expectations. This was my 2nd interaction with him. The 1st was over the phone shortly after buying my car. This time around he took the time to run down the details of a service contract awarded to me from Chevrolet for an issue I had when I bought the car. It wasn't a contract they sell and I didnt know the details re what was included. Travis reached out to Chevrolet and was able to print out coverage details and provide me the information I needed. He's an explanary employee. All facets of the service and the employees in this area were outstanding.
