I was passing through town on a rainy day and noticed that both my windshield wipers were trash. Pulled into the first auto parts store I could find and came upon Napa. And what a find! First off the store was completely clean and shiny. Seriously this place was spic and span. I walked up to the counter and was greeted by a very knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful person. This guy was great. He helped me find exactly what I needed and pointed me to the windshield wipers that were on sale. Afterward, I was surprised when he walked me out to my truck and installed them himself. How cool is that? That kind of service you don’t see every day. Thank you to the folks at Napa auto parts in red Lodge, Montana. You guys rock!

Great folks here, very friendly and welcoming. Had all the parts I needed in stock same-day for a tune-up on my Astro van, all OEM and premium-line, and even a GM-equivalent thermostatic block heater & cord for only about $40 in stock as well. Have been in here times before for supplies, but wanted to finally write a review. Highly recommend this NAPA store. Thanks guys

He usually has most of everything we need. If he doesn't, he can have them the next day! Also sells ammo and other items!

This is the only autoparts store in Red Lodge. Thankfully, they go above and beyond with great service. If they don't carry it, they will get it. Often the same or next day if it's at the billings warehouse.

Andrew is my hero, just like his dad was. Always have what you need or it will be here in 24hrs. They're glad to lend a hand, install wipers batteries... And the hoot is.. Our NAPA sells ammo! JP (I better mention Tracy and Diane ).. And to the negative comments, more weirdos from weirdville USA

Stopped by with a check engine light. After a quick consultation, we diagnosed a bad battery. They had one in stock and changed it for me. Wonderful friendly family owned business.

8 miles left of my 900 mile trip my rusty/trusty truck stops running. The next morning Andrew loaned me a code reader and a few codes showed up. Drove it to NAPA of Red Lodge and Andrew spent a good amount of time with a different reader to find any issues. He took his time and helped this traveler. Found no major problems. The Gas Cap! THE GAS CAP !!! Great customer service. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks again to Andrew for your great service. Keep up the good work.

We broke a fitting on our grapple truck on the hottest day of the year. Andrew and his staff were so helpful! Store was stocked with hydraulic fittings and supplies and they have a hose making setup right there on site for bigger issues. Extremely handy when we are working away from our shop!. Thanks Andrew!

We were on vacation from Nebraska and our battery went out. My husband went into this Nappa to purchase a new one. The owner said they didnt have one. My husband found an auto shop and he said he didnt have one but the Nappa store showed they had one. My husband explained that he was just there and they didnt have one. The shop owner called the Nappa store and he said he did have one and he told my husband they didnt because he didnt want to help install it! Who does that!?! If not for the shop owner we would be in a lot of trouble since they are the only two businesses in town that would have any and the next town is to far away and we may not have made it. Pathetic service.

Super great service and go the extra mile to help with your needs. Free hand sanitizer n face masks offered at entrance. Even found the exact nut I needed to repair my bike and gave it to me for free

Les is beyond wonderful! Hubby and I were traveling through on the Harleys when my bike started needing push starts, this was a Sunday. We got into Red Lodge to find that the Harley store is just a clothing shop and NAPA was closed. Hubby called Les and he came to our rescue. Thank you so much for being a fantastic human!!!

I would recommend NAPA Red Lodge to anybody.Les and his son go above and beyond to help customers. And the atmosphere,is very friendly and still professional.

Do NOT go to this place. I went in here and was told they were ordering an AGM battery for my vehicle and was charged for an AGM battery. I went to go pick it up and they gave me an entirely wrong battery that didn't fit on my vehicle. I had to drive 2 hours to exchange them. When I went there he was just going to hand me the battery and I asked for a discount for the trouble. He gave me some off stating it was for the trouble. I didn't realize until I was putting it in my car that he had actually given me a Pb acid battery, which is much cheaper than an AGM! I went back and they proceeded to tell me that they never told me they were ordering an AGM battery and that they don't even exist for my car. I've heard from other people in the auto industry that they will try little scams. Watch out and KEEP A CLOSE eye on everything you get here.

The clerk was extremely helpful. I had an issue with the hydraulic levers and he was very helpful in what fluid to use.

Les and Andrew are great to deal with. Experienced, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend the Red Lodge NAPA store.

Les knows his business and and is a good resource in a pinch. I just wish he was open on Sundays and whenever else I randomly need his stuff. Nuff said. I am only in Red Lodge on the weekends. So I don't expect him to make it on my trade despite my random desperate needs. He is very helpful when you need something.
