Manhattan Ace Hardware

So my Monday decided to be a Monday and I found myself having to track down a crown stapler. When you buy a tool you kind of expect to get more than a week of use but sometimes you get a bad apple. The ladies here are amazing! When I called to see if they had one in stock they went above and beyond to make sure that they could help me. They physically put a hand on a stapler rather than trust the computer. When I arrived they met me with smiles and got me out the door quickly. As a small contractor time is money so I greatly appreciate not having to run to a bigger city to swap out my stapler where I bought it. Thank you

Visited this Ace Hardware and was blown away by the inventory selection and the friendliness of the crew. Well stocked and very neat and clean throughout the store.

This is the BEST Ace. Everytime I visit, every employee is helpful and in a great mood. Such a stark contrast to other establishments in the valley. Please keep doing an amazing job!

I want to thank Ty at Ace Hardware in Manhattan. I purchased a headlight bulb which he found for me and I had no idea how to put it in. I didn’t even have to ask, he offered and came out to my car and very quickly put it in for me. What an outstanding guy who went above and beyond! 10/10/2022

I have no words...well a few, I'm not sure what the Bi-polar heck y'all are doing...since when is believing lies a thing? Since when is it ok for one employee but not another? ANY ACE owned by the owner of this store will get ZERO of my business from now on...Wake up people...Everybody is pressed to have a full staff, and you let employees go for being loyal, messed up if you ask me...
To the public, before shopping please also consider how staff is treated, I'd rather give business to those who actually give a hoot about theirs employees too..
