We had Nathan come take a look at our ceiling and roof as a recent inspection report claimed there was moisture collecting on our ceiling but there weren’t any visible stains. Nate was very prompt and professional. He gave us an amazing quote, and the work actually came in under what was quoted. We had a downspout relocated, a few slate tiles replaced, and the step- flashing re-sealed. I would definitely recommend Nate for anyone that may be on the fence about using him. They did an excellent job on our roof! Initially, we got a bunch of quotes from other contractors before we found them - Nate's quote was, by far, the most competitive. He was also fair and honest. While every other company quoted thousands extra for replacement wood, Nate assured us that the existing wood was in great shape and didn't need replaced. (I saw it - he was right!) The guys did fantastic work and completed the project in a single day. They even cleaned up afterward - not a single piece of debris anywhere. I highly recommend them.
