It’s was very good job，I highly recommended. My roof used to be hiring local contractors ， somehow it keep leaking since day one and never taking care right 。This year got a lot’s of rain, I was so worried about my roof, but I got lucky, call Nail roofing company, they fixed before the rain season , now no more leaks. Most importantly is price is right .

Nobody likes getting a new roof, but Jared made it easy. He was honest and fair in the bid process and even put a tarp on my roof so I didn't get rained on while he fit me into his schedule! Jared came out today and fixed our front gutter that was pulling away from the roof. We also asked him a variety of questions about our roof, gutters and the siding. Cody and Jared did a fantastic job replacing my roof in Greensburg, PA. They provided a cost estimate the same day and got me on their schedule as soon as the weather allowed. Their crew worked all day to beat the storms and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. They took the time to replace the flashing and small sections of shingles above the bay windows and screened-in porch. I have small kids and a dog so I was concerned about nails and debris in the yard but their team cleaned up throughout the entire install and left nothing behind. They went over my entire yard with a magnet for nails and brought their own dumpster to remove the trash. Jared even ensured our mail packages got delivered and set aside. Nail’Em Down Roofing is who I’ll recommend to anyone mentioning shingles or roof repairs from here on out — they are the best!

The delay in this review is in no way a reflection on the professional and friendly service that Cody provided when our roof was replaced August 2024.

I tried multiple roofing companies with no return calls or follow-up. Within minutes of putting in a contact request through Nail'Em Down's website, I had a text conversation and then a phone call with Cody. He was in the area and did the site visit just a couple hours later!

During Day 1 of replacement, the entire property was protected and the roofing crew went right to work. Cody sent pictures showing the existing roof condition and it wasn't great. We budgeted for 8 sheets of OSB and in the end needed almost 16 sheets. All in, almost 50% of the roof was rotten and Cody replaced every bit of it, sending progress updates multiple times during the day.

Through no fault of Cody, the metal needed for our new roof was shorted a few panels and there was a rain storm in the forecast. Cody and his crew made sure everything was buttoned up water tight and rushed the order for additional materials.

Day 2 of the replacement came and went with no issues whatsoever and the work site was cleaned up as well as can be expected for a roof replacement (of which, there is ALWAYS going to be missed trash with a roof replacement. If you think otherwise then you've never replaced a roof).

I will use Nail'Em Down for any roofing project I have in the future without a doubt. As long as Cody is in business, he will always have my business.

Awesome and efficient roof replacement! They even fixed all the structural issues that were causing leaks! The roof has been on for a few weeks now and all things are solid. I fully will be calling these guys back in 20 years if I'm still kicking!

I called for an estimate on a roof replacement and Cody was at my house within 20 minutes. Great customer service, very friendly and gave an estimate on the spot. I had some roof damage from a recent storm and he showed up the next day to cover the area to prevent any further water damage without me asking. Would definitely recommend!

Showed up right on time for the quote, which was more than reasonable for 26 square. Once we decided on them, the materials were all here on monday, and the crew showed up at 7am on weds less than a week after the decision. They worked with my wife's business schedule and did an extra thorough cleanup so no customers would be affected and no downtime would be needed.

Overall I am highly please, and the drone shot catalog they give you at the end is just icing on the cake.

Recently we had some storm damage. I called Nail’em down roofing, sent them some pics of the damage. I spoke with Cody on the phone and he was able to send me an estimate right away. We just had our roof replaced by Nail’Em Down Roofing and we couldn’t be more pleased. They arrived on time and got started immediately. They worked quickly and finished in one day. Finally, they cleaned up and hauled away all the trash. I cannot emphasize enough how thoroughly they cleaned up. They raked the yard and even used a magnetic sweeper to get all the nails! The finished product is amazing and we love it.

In contacting Cody this morning, he and his associate came within a few hours. If I could give a 10 star I would, Cody and his associate was very professional , and kind he repaired some shingles that were damaged from the storm that came through our area yesterday, did an excellent job. Last week I posted on Facebook about needing a roofer to reflash my chimney because of a leak. Cody Smith from Nail’ Em Down Roofing reached out and said he could fix it the next day, Sunday. He showed up on time and the work looks great! They did a good job cleaning everything up and charged a fair price. It rained all day today and my leak is gone. Cody was able to quickly provide me a quote based off the pictures and dimensions I provided, including the installation of heat tape to prevent future ice build up. The work was performed quickly, on budget and professionally.

Nail’Em Down Roofing was very responsive to our leaking roof/ ice clogged gutters that we discovered not until evening/after most work hours. Cody was able to fit us in the next morning and resolve the ice dam that was causing leaking into the house. They were so easy to work with and we will definitely be working with them again in the future!

In an absolute state of panic I put a call in to see if I could get someone out to our house asap. Snow was melting and unfortunately water was leaking through our windows on the 1st floor, down to the basement. We weren’t sure if it was a roof problem a gutter problem, a window problem but they sent Jared out and within matter of minutes of checking the roof, checking the gutters, he found the problem and had it caulked and sealed! So incredibly grateful and look to working with them in the future!
