The most noticeable difference with working with Amber and her team was her Communication and punctuality of her workers. She was always available to talk or text and called me during the renovation to ask how I thought things were going. She also had her foreman check on the job multiple times. The job was started on the day she said and they worked all day and came back the next day early and worked until they were finished. They also cleaned up all of there mess leaving nothing behind. The job they completed was perfect and exactly what we needed. I will definitely use Amber and her crew again.

Thank you Nailed It for building our house. You did an awesome job; from beginning to end. The permits took awhile but when approved, everything went well. I highly recommend Nailed it, it’s not just a house, it’s a work of fine art.

Both Ray and Chuck were wonderful, kind, caring, generous men. Their subcontractors were the same way! They were ALWAYS accommodating and responsive, be it text, call or visit. We would not hesitate for an instant to use NAILED IT again or to refer the company to anyone!

I contacted this company via email 12/13/22 for possible drywall repair. Unfortunately they don't perform drywall repairs, per Amber McKinney of their office. I can't rate them on their work per se, but was pleased that they responded to my email the same day my email was sent to them.

Amber and her team helped us build our dream home from the ground up. We worked on the plans, to the layout, all the way to interior paint colors. She was patient, informative and very knowledgeable. Her team worked with proficiency and professionalism. And by that I mean we didn’t have a trash fest left in our yard. Our build was smooth and seem less, and our punch list was minimal. If we ever build again, it’s Nailed It all the way!

Amber has done a fantastic job for two sets of my real estate customers. One of the customers had Amber build a custom home from the ground up. The buyer knew what she wanted and couldn't find a spec builder willing to make changes to their plans, so the hunt was on to find a custom builder. Amber listened and delivered a gorgeous Southwood home. The other customers bought a home that was already under construction in Marianna Oaks. Both had home inspections prior to close and the inspector was very pleased with the homes. Amber is responsive prior to the sale and after the sale. Her goal is to be so good that word of mouth advertising is the only advertising needed. Her homes are beautiful and well built. I absolutely recommend Amber and Nailed It! for any construction needs.
