Nail It!

We had Nail It Roofing do our roof because we saw the fantastic job they did on my friends roof.. It was cleaner than when they got there. And for me, not one nail or paper left on the ground. They even came into my bathroom to install a solar light on the roof. The bathroom was spotless. And they were the most reasonably priced. Lovely workers too.

Nail it! roofing not only did a beautiful job on my new roof, they were efficient and responded quickly to my inquiries. This was a breath of calm for me as I was working with another roofing company prior to working with Nail it! who dropped all communication once they received my $1000 down payment. Nail it! never made me think I was going to be taken advantage of. They were honest, kind, professional, and responsive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Nail it! did 8 roofs for 5 vacant and 3 occupied SFH we needed. We had 2 months to them all and their proposal, schedule and final inspection was always on time and according to the planned date.

Their crew were always courteous and professional, paying attention to detail, cleanliness and avoiding creating any issues for tenants or Neighbours.

First, let me say I had one company come out Debella. They were super pushy. They wanted me to set up a meeting with my wife and I for a hour to talk about roofing. Ain't nobody got time for that! They gave me a rough ballpark quote of 20-50K. Rodrigo came over gave me a quote for 14K with a few options. He told me, I needed to patch one spot, but as long as I didn't see any leaking my shingles looked good for another 5ish years. I will definitely call him back when the time comes. Thanks Rodrigo!!

It's been awhile but you should read my Yelp review. Roof work was okay but had it not been for my handyman's consciousness my house would have burned down due to Nail It's negligence. They papered over the dryer vent and were ready to place siding! Guaranteed house fire! They installed a door that won't shut because the top is one and a half inches sticking out.. Rodrigo had the truck to blow insulation into my attic at my house although I had not requested it. He was ready to blow insulation on to tube and knob wiring! Guaranteed house fire!!!!!! Incredible. I can't say enough good things about these guys! So, we had our roof replaced back in Sept of 2020. The day they started the fires took off and by the end of the day we had to evacuate. These guys came back the next morning and made sure to get paper down so at least it was covered. The smoke and ash made it seem like night time (fire was 2 miles away at this point).
The next day they called and asked to come back out the next morning and start installing the new roof. It was up to them and they showed up early and worked hard to get it done. Amazing!
We had one small leak over the winter and I called at closing time leaving a message not expecting to hear anything until the next day. To my surprise he called me back that evening and said someone would be out early the next morning. They showed up early and got it fixed fast. Best experience and I am quick to recommend them to anyone who needs a roof!

Very happy that we went with Nail It roofing. Rodrigo was so patient with answering my questions and explaining things to me. The roofing team was fast and clean. They worked 8am-5pm for two days and completed the job very well. I had a gutter leak shortly after installing the new roof and Rodrigo came out to see it. It was caused by a bad nail and Rodrigo sent a guy out to fix it for us. Thank you team!

We heard about Nail It Roofing from a neighbor that had her roof done a few years ago so we decided to have them come out for a quote. Rodrigo was very easy to work with. His quote was straight forward and he was very patient with the many questions my wife and I had. We sent several emails with questions and requested a few phone calls. The pricing was good with excellent workmanship. They did our roof in two days in the late fall so they could beat the rain. The roofers were very courteous and left the job site very clean. We recently noticed that the plywood was slightly wet under a small section of our roof and I emailed Rodrigo right away with photos. He was able to come out and identify that the issue was with a badly installed gutter nail (done by a different contractor) and had his guys come fix it for us. My family is very pleased that we went with Nail It Roofing!

The team at Nail It! was professional. They communicated immediately when they identified a problem that wasn't know at the time of the initial visit and estimate. I appreciate their honesty and constant communication. Oh.... the job was completed as planned, clean up was perfect and the crew was respectful. I would hightly recommend them.

Rodrigo is a professional, courteous and responsive businessman. His crew was great, friendly and responsive to a large job that had to get done on a very tight timeline. I look forward to working with them more.

I guess you can count this as two reviews, since I helped a friend get her roof replaced a year ago - and I was so pleased with how Nail It did the job, I chose them for my own roof this year.

Rodrigo was very helpful when he came over to look at it, and spent a good amount of time looking it over. He then showed me photos of one particular rotted support on my lean-to roof. His bid was very reasonable and included the minor carpentry work required to repair that.

They finished the job in about a day and a half, calling my attention to some minor concerns. When they left, the roof looked spectacular, and on the grounds around the house there were no remains of any of the tear-off or the roofing itself. They added some recommended vents, and they even painted the existing vent pipes. Looking at the roof itself, it looks like brand-new construction.

We are very happy with the work, the price, and Patti's customer service was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Showed up to give an estimate. Left truck running and car door open indicating he had little intention of spending any time. When I explained to him that for my bank I had to have the material lumped summed out on the bid from the labor, but that I totally understood that there was markup on both and that was fine. He responded rudely and dismissively and said with an attitude that he wouldn't even consider doing that and it was a waste of his time. He got in his truck and peeled out of the drive way. I was more than happy to pay what ever price, and even if he still didn't want to do it, he didn't need to be nasty and rude. I had just met him. Would never call him out for an estimate again.

What a great crew to work with. I've been maintaining my roof for years, and have replaced every shake over time. I also subscribe to quality construction journals, and know what I want done on my roof. Nail It's crew did everything the professional journals recommend, and more. They did the metal flashings beautifully, vital to a successful installation. I paid extra for the extra sealer for ice protection and recommend that as I've had ice dams.
They arrived at 7 am and completed the roof of my 1850 sf house by 5 pm. There were 11 crew, and communication with the foreman, Chris was excellent.I am recommending them to my daughter and friends.
