i dropped a Grohe shower head, that had the weight of an anvil, on my 2" tile shower floor...cracked two tiles and after looking at a couple o' Youtube vids, thinking that maybe i could do this myself, decided, "no way, Jose", and called Mike. best call i ever made !
he arrived, cut & chisled out the damaged tiles, put in the new ones, grouted it all and voila, done ! and OMG, it's perfect...other than the grout, that takes awhile to darken up via usage, can't even tell it was ever broken.
all i can say is, "THANX MIKE, JOB WELL DONE !"
