Darin and his crew did an EXCELLENT job with my house. I had a warranty issue that required replacement on a 5 year old house. Not only did they fit me in sooner than anticipated, they started on the 4th of July (the crew wanted to), but they finished tear off and install in TWO days. The crew did a thorough job walking the perimeter of the house when finished, with all 5 crew members picking up nails leaving behind very few to my surprise. I'd recommend Lifetime to anyone needing a new roof!

Lifetime was a breeze to work with because Casey Greenwell was very helpful and transparent with pricing, scheduling and ultimately the project turned out as expected. I know I received a superior start to finish experience and would highly recommend you use Casey for your roofing needs. You will not find a more knowledgeable and professional roofer.

A+ on all aspects of the project. His crew was respectful and diligent in prep, install and cleanup. Even had a guy show up on July 4th to "check" on the finished roof.

Lifetime was referred to us by multiple neighbors. Their bid was competitive and Casey, the rep that gave us a bid, was very informative and didn’t try to sell us unnecessary upgrades /additions to our roofing bid. He was willing to help us even after we didn’t end up using Lifetime. I was unhappy with the quality of work of the company we did use(my stepdad sold us on the idea of using a friend of his because he was the “best in the business”). Casey was willing to come out and inspect the other company’s roofing job in order to help me determine if the job that was done was adequate. He didn’t disparage the other company and gave a very fair assessment of their work and helped me understand what was reasonable to expect. Casey’s willingness to consult with us, spend extra time on our project even though we didn’t go with his company shows the integrity and great customer service that Lifetime gives even to a non-customer. If I ever replace another roof I will be using Lifetime!

The homes around us that used Lifetime look better than ours. They have added details with flashing and chimney crickets that make the roof look so good and add that extra bit of detail and protection. I really regret my decision to use a different company. I had to manage every step of the project and they left my yard a mess. My neighbors all report having an amazing experience with Lifetime.

I have to say that Casey did his home work, and the estimate was about $8k less then the closest estimate of three that I had got. Which was nice as we were funding the bill for the new roof ourselves.
On the day scheduled, the crew arrived and got right to work at the removal of the old roofs on both the garage and the house, re-sheeting both roofs, and lying the fire and ice barriers. The only issue that arose was the drip edge. The drip edge that was originally bent for the house was a 1/2” short for the soffit covering. It was not Lifetime’s nor Casey’s fault, the previous owner had used a thicker slat thickness for the original cedar roof, that was one the roof.
It was one of those things that just happens.
Cassy and Lifetime roofing stepped up made it right, by reordering our selected color and bending the drip edge overnight, adding an additional 1” and having it ready for the work crew the next morning.

I worked with Edgar Arellano and he’s been incredible. Edgar was stellar in his efforts to work with my insurance company. Before my roof was replaced, as the claim was prolonged due to my insurance company, Edgar came out personally to tarp the areas leaking on more than one occasion. Edgar ensured that the problem areas due to codes not in place at the time my home was built were brought to code as well as removing an old swamp cooler where leaking was also an issue. He definitely went above and beyond to help me with the replacement and the end result is beautiful. The customer service I received is truly top notch and the quality of the work and materials is excellent. Thank you Edgar and Lifetime Roofing!

My Dad has had a leaking roof off and on for a couple months.  It's a difficult problem to trace down, and find where it's leaking from.  After repeated calls to the prior roofer we, found out they had went out of business.  My son referred us to Lifetime roofing as they fixed his roof, and did a great job.

Casey Greenwell came today and repaired what we hope is the culprit. He was so friendly, and had such a great attitude. We highly recommend Lifetime roofing!

We were referred to Edgar, at lifetime roofing, by a family member that had worked with him before. Edgar was wonderful to work with and truly went out of his way to make this process completely stress free for us from beginning to end!! He was extremely professional and very responsive in communicating with me. I spoke with him for the first time on a Friday afternoon and relayed our concerns for the roof, he asked if he could come the next morning to access the roof and see what we needed to do. We were just coming back from vacation, so we asked if he could come Monday instead, he agreed and even came at the very end of his work day to accommodate our schedules! He checked the whole roof, not just the part that had the obvious issue, he took the time to collect and pull down all the excess shingles that had came off and were laying all over the roof, and then took the time to explain to my husband and I what he saw and why the shingles were coming off, as well as what his plan was to fix it. He even took pictures of everything so we could what was going on ourselves. When he came to fix the roof he did the work and took completion pictures but while he was up there he noticed another issue and took the initiative to fix it too. Edgar is a stand up guy! I can’t say enough good things about him! I will definitely refer him to anyone with roofing issues in the future!

Lifetime Roofing did an amazing job on my complete roof replacement. Their crew was professional and complete the job in one day (including the removal of the old roof)! They thoroughly cleaned up all of the nails and old roofing material. In addition they replaced my old roof vents with a ridge vent that has saved me about 15% on my summer electrical bill. The sales staff kept us in the loop on scheduling, quality control and follow up.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any roof work completed properly and professionally.

I was very impressed with Lifetime Roofing. I am very skeptical of any construction companies because generally they are late and have a lot of excuses as to why things aren't done. Steve showed up every time when he said he was. He told me the roofing team would be there between 7:30 and 8:30; they showed up at 7:25. Alex and his worked their tails off in near 100 degree heat. They removed 2 layers of shingles, and did a complete install including clean up, in 2 days. I am VERY impressed and these guys, including Steve, deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

The company and employees were professional, at bid price and on time. The old roof was removed and the new one installed in three days. The new roof looks great and the workmanship was superior. I am very pleased with the experience and end product. They cleaned up the work site very well. Lifetime Roofing gets my highest recommendation!

Great experience working with Edgar from Lifetime Roofing! He provided a quote quickly and was very competitive. He was great to go over options for gutters and swamp cooler removal. Completed the job in one day including new sheeting. Sent me pictures and took care of everything all while I was on vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Edited to add in February 2025: We have had an issue with mold in our garage due to a leak coming in from behind a flashing. This should have been addressed when the roof was installed they confirmed they checked or replaced all of our flashing at the time the roof was replaced. We were told we had a warranty with Lifetime and this should have been covered by them, at least the repair of the flashing. We've been trying to get an answer from Lifetime as to whether they would cover this. We've contacted their receptionist 8-10 times and have been told we would be contacted every time, and only ever missed one call, no voicemails, texts, or emails. We are pretty easy to get a hold of. Very disappointed that we have not received an answer and have decided to move on and pay for it ourselves. Very poor customer service - we paid a lot for our roof and were expecting better long-term service.

Original from 2022: We had an amazing experience with Lifetime! We were referred by a family member and they gave us the same project manager that they had, which was a very thoughtful detail. They finished the roof replacement within 1-2 days. They were very thorough to inspect and fix a few things to make it all perfect, including having some custom counter flashing created to make sure everything was properly covered and sealed. Our project manager, Edgar, is super responsive and great to work with. We have loved working with Lifetime and have no doubt our roof will last! Would definitely recommend.

We had wind and hail damage on our home roof last year and Edgar at Liftime Roofing was amazing to work with us and our insurance through the whole thing. So this year when we needed a new roof on our Airbnb, Liftime was our first call! The color is awesome and the house looks so good now.

Had them new new turtle vents on a roof that was supposed to have just been replaced when I bought the house. Very fair and honest. News vents stopped the leaks.

My neighbor called to tell me that in the past 40 years of him building houses that this was the most efficient roof crew he's ever seen. They did tear down and replace in one day, made recommendations for better looks and functionality, and came back to inspect a few days later to make sure all was well.
