It's been an absolute nightmare with Mustang Disaster clean up Restoration highly recommend not using them we had a fire on September 22nd on our 10th Wedding Anniversary no less and they are still not finished with Restoration and it's February 17th highly unprofessional never show up used our bathroom after they shut the water off then didn't clean up after broke a window

Mustang was seriously the best company to help me get settled into my new home! Home unfortunately came with a STRONG pet odor that was just about unbearable- after Mustang came in and did their magic it’s like I bought brand new carpets!!

My husband and I recently bought a home and had Mustang Disaster Cleanup come clean the ductwork. We had no idea if the ductwork had ever been cleaned but suspected it was pretty dirty and it was. Mustang’s team was very thorough and tenacious in cleaning — having to give some areas multiple run throughs to get them clean. They were at our house for close to four hours. Some businesses may have said “good enough” and left earlier. We so appreciated their dedication to getting the job done right.

He arrived on time. Had all the equipment and expertise to clean our basement. Our walls were protected by corner shields so their hoses would not rub or wear the paint.
The carpet stands up like when it was new. It was a through professional job.

Recently our church in Reliance, SD suffered water damage due to a faulty furnace. One call to Mustang Cleaning Services. And they arrived promptly and took care of the problem so we could carry on with church on Sunday. They did an expert job for us. Making sure everything was dry and smelling good very quickly. I believe their services are easily highly recommendable for anybody requiring any type of cleaning.

I have never used this type of service before, but due to a garage fire we found ourselves in need of it. We found Mustang to be very helpful and courteous when dealing with what turned out to be quite a mess. They had to deal with sub-freezing temps as well as some below or hovering around 0. They were always helpful in determining what to keep and what wasn't worth trying to save. In the end, with the reconstruction and Mustang's cleaning solutions, we have virtually no smoke odor in the garage. They have been very prompt and thorough throughout the renovation. Thank you to Eric and his crew (Trevor, Jonah, and Brandon) for a job well done.

We had the unfortunate task of hiring a disaster cleanup crew following a kitchen fire before Christmas this year. Mustang disaster came highly recommended and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Working with their manager Eric was a wonderful experience. Very attentive, responsive, informative and professional. They were even able to get things started quickly on the days right before and after Christmas and the New Year. After seeing what a great job they do at my workplace, I asked if they did residential cleaning and they do. Now they come to my house once a month. I am very pleased with their work.
