MUS Roofing completed my roof, chimney, skylights and interior ceiling with amazing craftsmanship, with the project completed in 2 days. Glenn Larson did all the interface with the insurance and after multiple appeals and the coverage for the damage was approved. He was persistent with follow up and managing the work. They went above and beyond expectations to get the coverage approved and did professional work. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Be very aware!!! Protect yourself , your home , and your insurance policy. Never SIGN ANYTHING without a written bid. Honest companies, that have nothing to hide , without signing anything! will give you written BID along with line by line item scope of their proposed work. MUS company refuses to GIVE BID AND A WRITTEN LIST OF WHAT IS INCLUDED until first , the homeowner signs over exclusive rights of the home and insurance policy to them. By signing this document, you are locked into only doing business with them. Once that document is signed, the company will do everything in its power to acquire as much work for themselves using your policy. When I asked MUS for written bid to include material and a list of the work to be performed. I captured the response in a text message since , I was aware that they were fast talkers and back paddlers. Their response was Quote……………………….“ Unfortunately, I have to abide by our policy and that policy was put in place not only for our protection, but yours as well .” That way of doing business only protects the contractor pocket, in no way does this protect the homeowner. A mindful Homeowner protect themselves. Homeowners protect yourself by refusing to sign anything without a written bid. Signing the document that MUS presents, before a bid is given ,locks you into only doing business with them and excludes any other reputable roofers in the area . I have names of three different roofing contractors that I would highly recommend. On a firm handshake and without having to ask, within 24 hours they emailed a 40+ page report of the scope of their work and a bid 1/2 the price that MUS (Glen) verbalized in a phone conversation. Glen’s fast talking did explain to me ,that the dollar amount that he was stating most of the time is double what the insurance company will quote. but, then they fight with the insurance company to try to get them up to closer to that amount. The three other companies’ quotes did not do business in this manner. They were straightforward and honest. Both my husband and I are very proud retired veterans. We are very thankful Americas and we only want to do business that’s good for America. We are not out to line our pocket or to line the pockets of greedy companies trying to “get all they can from the insurance companies “ ( such as new garage doors, new gutters, new roof on my old shed, new windows screens,) we live with a good conscience “. We hope other proud Americans will join us in be mindful as to how we are conducting ourselves.
UPDATE!!!!!! So unprofessional, I was just called by the owner and berated and yelled at and told that I was not a fit for their company when I had already told him yesterday that I was not willing to be part of their scheme. Their chosen mode of rebuttal should be on this review site, not calling and talking loudly over me the entire time.

I have used MUS roofing for my Christmas lights and roofing issues for a number of years. The staff members are always professional and nice. I have never had an issue and all my questions are answered in a timely manner.

Highly recommend — honest, trustworthy, and superior quality service. MUS came out to look at my roof that was leaking during heavy rain. They quickly identified and remediated the issue. We’ve already had a few large thunderstorms and have seen zero moisture inside our home! Will return for any other needs in the future.

Blake is the owner and he went above and beyond helping us with our insurance claim against our company who unfairly tried to deny our roof damage. They extended coverage for wind and hail damage to our gutters, shed and 3 mental roofs but not out shingle roof. It was a nightmare but, Blake was next to us every step of the way to getting a roof. I had roof damage after a north Texas storm. Blake was very quick to respond, very attentive and completed the job in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with his work, I will always call on him for any roofing job I need.
