Rich was fantastic to work with! He came out to provide an estimate and was very through. He explained what the new roof would entail, what to expect, and how the reroofing process worked. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time. I ended up having a small leak so they replaced a piece of the plywood at no extra charge. The roof looks amazing, and I am beyond grateful for them!

Rich was refferred to me by another company.
He was very helpful during his visit to assess my roofing repair project and even contributed to discussions about the previous roofer's work. However, when it came time to schedule the repair, I never heard back from him. Despite multiple messages, I received no response. It's just not a good way to treat your customers.
