I recently had Murray Built Construction do some work for me (roof, siding and gutters). Overall, they did a good job. Unfortunately, a couple of issues that were pointed out on the day of payment were never resolved. I reached out a number of times and waited a few months, but have received no communication or resolution after they had agreed to do so. One of the most important aspects of a company, in my opinion, is how they handle customers when problems arise. My minor (albeit important) issues were not addressed. If they ever get back to me I will update my review.

Rick is a great guy and it was a pleasure to work with him and his talented crew. Our upstairs bathroom renovation posed some challenges due to the peak of the roofline, but Rick and his team were not afraid to take on the project! They nailed it, pun intended lol! The pictures speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor; stop shopping around and hire Murray Built for your next home project!
