I had contacted MTDN Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Inc, MA for an attic inspection and could not have been happier. Liam was extremely thorough and found mold which was growing behind the insulation. He had the mold removed thoroughly and also made the needed attic repairs on the spot. Liam's expertise and professional demeanor made the entire process easy and reassuring. I highly recommend this company for any attic insulation service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst experience with any contractor I’ve ever had. I’m going to try to summarize but is too much.

The first crew came out on a Monday to remove old insulation in our attic, clean and disinfect mold/ mouse feces, and then put new insulation in.
They did not do anything they were suppose to do, did not properly clean or disinfect anything. Did not cover anything, made an absolute mess and blew insulation IN MY HOME. Spent more time trying to clean my kitchen and living room until 9pm. They didn’t even have a vacuum! To clean attic no vacuum. Had to use mine and didn’t even vacuum anything because I opened vacuum and it was empty. I had to have a professional cleaning service come.
When they finally left, they didn’t take massive trash bags of insulation they pulled. Literally just left about 12 bags in my front yard.
The customer service woman, literally was like talking to a 6 year old. She had absolutely no idea how to communicate, help us, or understand anything we were saying.
Finally talked to the owner on the workers phone.(because I reused to pay after already paying 1000 deposit) He apologized and sent another crew out Wednesday to fix mistake. Said they would come remove bags as well.

They removed everything the first crew did and did what was supposed to be done in the first place. More professional. But now after removing what the first crew did there was over 20 trash bags full of insulation in my yard. The crew and the owner reassured me they would dispose of waste. We paid after job was finished at almost 10pm and they never took the bags. Called and texted the owner Daniel asking if and when they are going to pick up all these bags…..and no answer. He got paid so now I’m left with all this waste to get rid of.

Do not use this unprofessional, incompetent, scheming company. From the crew, to customer service, to the owner. Terrible service and experience.
